The stay met expectations, can't say anything bad about the hotel, room, staff. The staff were very helpful, especially one girl from reception. Everyone was lovely. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. Enjoyable stay for the price you pay!!!

Location away from centre. You don't have a remote control for air conditioning. You have to inform reception if you want it working or switched off. WiFi only works in reception/ buffet area. No WiFi in your room.

I liked the Girl at the front desk. She was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. I liked that it was close to the main train terminal, but for me the walking distance was far after all the daily walking. There were nice little restaurants a few blocks away for dinner.

I did not like that the room did not have a phone to call the front desk to tell them to put my AC cooler. I did not like that it was a dirty street that it was on. They need to put fresh fruit for breakfast, not canned fruit cocktail.

The hotel really matches the price= quality. The staff was very polite. The room was clean, with its own bathroom, wardrobe, air conditioning, dressing table, refrigerator and even a safe. Cleaning was done every day. The location is not bad, there is a bus stop nearby, but it is also easy to walk to the center in 20 minutes.

We didn't expect much as it was the cheapest hotel we could find in this location. Overall hotel was pretty good, staff was very nice, halls and room were clean.

Beds were a bit hard but not the worst. Rooms could use freshing up like new coat of paint and new silicones in bathroom. Apart from that it's a nice hotel.

Lovely personel, localization was perfect because you can go anywhere by yourself, you can leave your baggage when you check out which is perfect solution IF you want to take advantage from your past day of trip. For 5 euro you can buy breakfast includeed 😄😄😄🥰🥰

The overall experience at the Hotel was great. Breakfast, easy check in and check out, location to train station and metra, rooms, willingness to store luggage while seeing Roma, finally the Staff was amazing.

I did not think that the Dinner that was included was worth 20 euros. Next year when I bring students we will arrange to go directly to the restaurant where we can select our own meals

The reception staff was really nice. He helped us to go to the bus station by calling a taxi 👍🏻 we stayed just one night but next time we come to Roma we want to see him again! Even the hairdryer didn’t work and we had to borrow one from the reception, we are pleased with our stay here.

Next to the train station, clean, tidy room, not the newest furniture, but fine.

30 minutes on foot to the centre is not fat, but also it's not exactly in the centre. To turn on or turn off air conditioning you need to call the reception, which was weird.

Needed 2 beds (mom travelling with adult son). Had 2 tiny beds, but they were pushed together. Location was not far from Termini station, but cobblestones the whole way. Should have taxied.

The staff were so helpful in every situation we needed them :) the breakfast was amaaazing. Shout out to the man working at breakfast area! Location was perfect, 20 minutes to Colosseum.
