It is very convenient to walk and roll luggage for access to Termini, Rome's main train station. We had to be on 430am Leonardo Express train to FCO airport so, needed to be extremely convenient. It is a good place to stay briefly and I would return...

Be sure to pay attention to signage to avoid getting lost. It was a surprise because I did not know how that older area has large apartment style buildings with several hotels and very small elevators.

The location is perfect for Termini (main station), sites close by and other's not too far to walk to, good bars and restaurants right outside the door. The staff are so accommodating and kind, they made our stay so easy. Don't be put off by the location - the building you enter looks a bit run down but once you get up to the third floor it's lovely and homely.

The decor is very dated and breakfast was not to my taste.

Orlanda is our usual hotel in Rome, and will continue to be in the future. While it is a bit tired, it is very comfortable and in a great location. Plus, there is something special about returning to a familiar place with nice hosts. They were very accommodating responsive - we had an issue with the room that was resolved immediately which was very pleasing. Thanks.

- Spacious rooms - Beds were decently comfortable - Wide and shallow stairway steps leading up to the hotel - Courteous and helpful staff - Super clean - Very close to shops, markets, and the Termini train station

- The A/C for the quadruple room just wasn't strong enough to effectively cool the room in the summer - the elevator was positively tiny, fitting only 2 people at a time - the pillows were slightly stiff for those who prefer softer pillows

Our family room was extremely spacious, clean and very secure. There is a small lift which was a bonus and meant we didn't have to carry our luggage up the 3 flights of stairs! Check in was efficient and the staff very helpful. The hotel is traditional in style and within easy walking distance to all the main city sights and far enough away from Termini Station. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby and we felt safe despite being so close to the railway station. We paid the extra 5 euro/night for the air conditioning - which I think was very reasonable!!! Would highly recommend this hotel and exceptional value for money.

Nothing - in this price range this is a great place to stay in Rome.

This place is a few minutes away from Roma train station and situated in the middle of the historic city. Following the kind recommendations of the manager, on a detailed map that they provided for me, I managed to have a wonderful walk in the historic city and visited many places. My deal did not include the breakfast meal, but the excellent location of the hotel enabled me to enjoy breakfast in the busy and live neighborhood. The room was suitable and comfortable, calm and clean, with a nice taste; and the bath was provided with a wide window. It was only for two nights, and one full day, but I would have stayed a bit longer on another occasion.

Good option for those who spend the whole day in the city. Easy check-in, good wi-fi. Convenient location near Roma Termini railway station. It was quite quiet in the room - street noise was not annoying as the window was overlooking inner courtyard. There is no dedicated baggage storage room but you can leave your bags and suitcases next to the reception.

Breakfast is cheap in all meanings. The hotel has seen better days. However, I doubt you would be able to find something better for the same money.

Internet connection was very good. The location is very close to Termini.

I always stayed in this hotel when visiting Rome, but this time the facilities didn't meet my expectations, in particular the water flush (stream) was not strong enough. I think the hotel should refresh its facilities.

Very good location. Lots of restaurants near by, supermarket, Mc Donald’s, KFC… The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. On our 1st day air conditioning not working properly and Marco did all his best to make sure we were happy and we got it sorted. The bed was very comfortable and bed sheets very clean.

Some small workings to be taken care such as toilet seat broken. Cleaning of the day to day was not 100% and could be improved but in general the clean is okay.

We liked the location - close to Termini and touristic amenities. The service was very nice, helpfull and professional. Thank you for advising us with the transportation and waiting for us longer. We really appreciate it! The room was cleaned every day. Everything was as described. Very fair price. We spent really good time at your hotel!

Maybe there is something to change with the breakfast. It is ok, if you don't want to offer full breakfast; but it would be great to have mabe a bit fresher croissant. I didn't like that from the carton box packed in plastic.
