In the hallway there was reasonable amount of cups, plates, fridge, even coffee machine was avaliable. The staff was also great. We actually haven't had any problems, our towels were changed to fresh ones often, the room was clean. Building was really pretty and old. It was so close to Termini and we had great communication from there to every part of the city. Also there was so close to so many places that we were mostly just walking.

The only thing I would really improve is air conditioning. There was like 35 Celsius degrees tops when we were in Rome so tbh not so hot as it could be. 22 degrees which I was trying to get in our room was impossible unfortunately.

The location was great for me as it was close enough to the train station of Rome and my friends staying nearby, however, far enough away from all the normal noise and undesirables that tend to be associated with train stations. The room was very spacious and clean. Sheets were lovely, TV was relatively new, bathroom was clean and quite large.

The water pressure in the shower is relatively non existent. I don't think women would like that for washing their hair; for me it was just OK but it took a while to rinse soap and shampoo off myself. There is very little space for hanging clothes, however, as I was staying for two nights it did not matter to me.

The property was central, like a 5-10mins walk from the main train station which is a great place to start for walking to attractions. The rooms have high ceilings, a lovely balcony, great air conditioning and have a clean bathroom. The staff are great and helped us with many queries including checking in late and our train tickets as we needed to print them off. They have a little refreshments area where you can get free tea, coffee and cake or you can get aperol, Prosecco, bottled water and other refreshments for a really fair price. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and we couldn’t recommend them more!

Good location, only 10 min walk fro Rome Termini. The room was clean and spacious, and everything was in working order including the wifi and the Aircon. The shower tiles are a little old and a couple are cracked - nothing major, but it was a good size and very clean. There is a nice little balcony. The balcony doors are soundproof so you cannot hear the traffic from inside. The staff were very helpful and friendly, provided good instructions to get in, and were very quick to respond to any queries on line. The lift is a blessing too. I will definitely keep Sunny House in mind for my next trip.

I didn't dislike anything, the only thing i noticed was that it took a little long for the water to get hot, not a big deal.

Everything was good and very nice staff, location is ok , but in railway station so many homeless people and at nights if you coming late you might feel unsafely , but the hotel has its own closed territory, so it’s rather comment to Rome in general

No sleepers ;( If they provide sleepers would be much more better , bcz floor is cold

Very nice and tidy and had free slices and tea and coffee in the reception area. Nice location to the main train station and subway to get around the city. Nice friendly hosts

The only negative we found was that the wifi was poor in our room and often cut out. Was a little confusing upon arrival trying to get into the premise. Noticed some other guests had problems getting in when they arrived late at night. Luckily we arrived back when they were trying to get in. Something to keep in mind if you’re arriving late.

Verry nice room, it has anything you want, the Check-in process is really easy. It has a tiny balcony really cute, the room was clean and the host was verry nice, they have a luggage room if you need to leave your baggage after check out, for us it was great because our flight was only at 10 pm so we got to visit Rome without having to carry our backpacks. The location is grate, 10 min max to Rome Termini. Thank you!

5min from Termini, friendly people at the reception, you can take coffee in the morning before going for breakfast.

The room was different from the picture, the bed was not very comfortable and the cleaning could be better, the quilt was covered with someone's dark long hair... And in the bathroom the temperature of water was changed in its own way 🤷‍♀️

This B&B met our expectation, it had everything we needed to enjoy a short stay in Rome. The beds are comfortable, windows are cancelling the noise from the street quite well and the staff was nice. You can make a coffee or tea in the common area, there are also some free cookies which is a nice gesture. Also, there were some restaurants recommended in the information brochure in the room and food delivery to the accommodation offered. The location is definitely a highlight as it is located 5-10 mins by pleasant walk from Termini station, so you are very close to trains and metro. Another metro station is 5 mins by walk and there is even a bus stop directly at the house.

It was not a problem for us, but the bathroom looks a bit old and it would need a bit of reconstruction. Also, the roller blinds on the balcony were quite old and we couldn't close them completely.

I'm satisfied everything. I've stayed here 3 nights and i every aspect was fine around my room. The service was great i've got clean towels every day. Room was clean. There is a balcony with good view. Overall I like this accomodation so I recommend it a lot.

Wifi can be better but they offer me another room if i want it. So not a huge issue i think.
