Excellent location, walking distance to all main attractions ( few minutes walk to Forum Romanum/Colloseum and Tiberian Island); nearby many restaurants and bars. Safe neighbourhood. We received great support from the host and the owner during our stay, they helped us order a reliable taxi to the airport for very early hours + extra bed was not an issue at all. Decent breakfast, little fridge in the room with mini-bar at reasonable prices, complimentary bottles with water supplied every day. Every day sheets were changed and room was cleaned.

We didn't have any view in the room :-( the windows were into indoor backyard with almost no daylight during the day, but it was quiet on the other hand and it did not bother us too much as we were out for most of the time; breakfast could be improved with some eggs, ham and more vegetables + wholegrain bread.

Great location and a warm and friendly welcome. A compact room with ensuite on the fourth level of an apartment building. Comfy bed and quiet location at night. Safe area to walking at night. Great restaurants and cafes close by. Nice European style breakfast included and served in the breakfast room. Nice coffee! We were very happy with our accommodation.

the room was perfect, equipped with everything, the building is old, but the room was super clean bed is super comfortable but the light is too bright so I would suggest a thicker curtains to block the light, the bathroom was good however there was issue with the toilet flush i was able to manage! staff was really helpful.

The location is perfect, not far from some of the main attractions (Colosseo, Foro Romano, Castello Sant’Angelo, Vaticano, Piazza Venetia, etc). Also there is a bus station right in front of the house that has very good connection with Roma Termini e Trastevere stations. The neighbourhood is very lovely and full of life, with a lot of good restaurants and bars. The room was very clean and beautiful. The bed was quite comfortable. The staff was very kind.

Top location, walking distance to all the sites and many good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Large room/bathroom with an extremely good bed (more than welcome when walking all day). Very friendly and helpfull host, could leave luggage and change clothes before late departure.

Breakfast is basic, gets you started but would have been nice to have had a few more choices.

The warm and friendly welcome by the owner and manager after a long journey from Bari ,was so very much appreciated. Communication was excellent. It was the first time we decided not to stay at the airport before our flight home and I am so happy we did this. We needed a ride to the airport and I asked the owner for help with arrangements. He filled my request on very short notice. The driver was friendly and exactly on time. Overall the owner and manager helped to make our last night in Italy a wonderful experience. The location is great and neighborhood is filled with quaint restaurants and cafes. Thank you !

The rooms are on the small side, but we but we expected that. Ask for room with a view. There is a small small common area with a couple tables and chairs so if you are staying with a group you couldkind of congregate there to make plans etc. Also,about 3 flights of stairs to get to your room. Elevator is very tiny but it is also an option.

The location of the hotel is fantastic for the price. The hotel is located within walking distance of all the major attractions, including the Trastevere district, which is where we spent most of our evenings. The hotel staff member we dealt with, Emmanuel, provided an incredible level of service during our stay and was also helpful in organising transport for us to and from a wedding which was outside Rome. The breakfast in the hotel was good too, with salmon, cereal, croissant's, coffee, toast etc. available.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Well stocked mini bar, reasonable prices, incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Emmanuel really went over an above to help us with arriving early and leaving our bags, arranging taxis and generally being a really nice guy!

The view for our room was into the main courtyard, some of the other rooms might have a better view I think.

The wifi is very intermittent - we relied on mobile data pretty much the whole time. Breakfast was very basic compared to similarly quality hotels.
