Very clean and comfortable. Facilities were great! and also an ideal location! has just the right balance of being close to all the major attractions but still peaceful. it’s also close to the all the great restaurants that Trastevere us to offer. Check in was very simple and they even let us check in a little earlier which was amazing! We were also able to drop our bags off prior to check in too. Highly recommend!

the location was great the room and bathroom was nice and clean

There was no personal interaction and communication was only through email or WhatsApp but no answer immediately and when we had a problem it was stressful. there should be an option to personally talk to someone not only text

The room was clean and tastefully furnished. Very comfortable and convenient for seeing Rome.

The fridge didn’t work and the electricity cut off. The air conditioning was not cool enough.

The room was huge, which is great in Rome! We had included a coffee and croissant for breakfast, plus free water and snacks, and a small bottle of champagne, all much appreciated. Comfy bed and amenities, including a spacious bathroom. Fast and attentive communication with the staff. Everything looked renovated. Great wifi. Really nice spot!

Location vibes. The piazza, specially at night, was a spot for homeless people, drinking or with mental health problems. We didn't have any issues but the surroundings were definitely not great, especially if you compare it to main locations in Rome where it feels safer. Not the hotel's fault but something to consider.

Would recommend staying at this hotel, everything about the stay was smooth, communication through whatsapp was fast. Room very clean and comfortable, great bed also.Free coffee and pastries each morning. Location is excellent, less crowded in this part of town, it feels more local away from the main tourist areas but still within walking distance to the main attractions. Trasteverre has alot to offer too, lovely to stroll around for food and drinks. If you want a break from the city centre and crowds, visit the Appian Way and catacombs, stunning location 20 mins on a bus, it feels like you are in the countryside.

This is an interesting place to stay right in the heart of Trastevere, a short walk from a range of restaurants and bars. There is no reception, staying here involves self check-in and key codes. They provide coffee/tea making facilities in the room, together with complementary snacks. They also offered free croissants in the morning, in the common area. My bedroom and bathroom were very spacious, clean and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable.

the location is PERFECT for night drinks, restaurants and walks. There are supermarkets in a close distance (Conrad and Carrefour)

It is near a hospital so there are many ambulances go by. If you are a light sleeper this might be a problem. We were not bothered by that

Friendly, helpful host with excellent communication. Nothing was too much trouble and they replied to queries so quickly! Very impressed. Close to bus stop in a safe area very easy to find. Room beautiful, comfortable bed, TV with Amazon Fire/Netflix etc access, mini fridge was a bonus!!.. Shared kitchen with free coffee & hot chocolate and gorgeous pastries left there for breakfast, love, love, love! 100% would recommend to everyone and I will definitely stay here again if I return to Rome.

Nothing, ten out of ten!

Great location, very close to bars and restaurants, yet room very quiet. Easy access (codes) to both property and the room. Room has everything you need, including drinks, snacks and things like iron etc. Good bathroom and comfortable bed.

Checking-in and checking-out without a person at reception is a bit awkward, as it looks like more like a hotel than appartement type. But that is something you need to factor in, while booking this place (which I would still recommend to do!)

The location of the room was in the Trastevere district and not close to all the main attractions of Rome but very close (two minutes walk) to the nightlife and restaurants and yet it was very quiet and felt safe. In the area there are several bus lines to the main attractions. The room was clean and we got everything we needed, the bed was reasonable and the air conditioner held up well in the hot days of Rome.

There is no human check-in (for those who mind,) and opening the doors with a code, however, every question in the application was answered immediately within a few seconds and we had no problems.
