I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a truly remarkable stay at Maddy House. The accommodation itself was a haven of comfort and tranquility. My room was not just a place to rest my head – it was a spacious retreat with a private washroom, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. The serene atmosphere was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the Rome tours, offering the peace I needed to recharge my energy. One of the standout features of my stay was the exceptional host, Maddy, whose hospitality exceeded my expectations. From the warm welcome I received upon arrival to the genuine care and attention throughout my visit, I felt like an honored guest at every turn. Their friendliness was authentic and infectious, creating an atmosphere that made me feel right at home. But the host's unlimited help and invaluable insights set this experience apart. Not only did they provide advice on transportation options, helping me navigate the city with ease, but they also shared insider tips. Their willingness to assist with any query, no matter how big or small, showcased a level of dedication that is truly rare to find. They seemed to anticipate my needs before I even had to ask, making my stay seamless and utterly enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend Maddy's House to anyone seeking comfort, privacy, and unparalleled service. Thank you, Maddy House, for creating memories that will stay with me forever. Until next time!

Maddy is the most wonderful, kind host. She is very attentive and will help you out with any problems you may have, and will give you recommendations for places to eat or which train/bus you need to get and where to get it. We stayed in a double room with a big wardrobe, A/C and a separate, private bathroom (just next door); they were both clean and tidy. The room was lovely. Maddy prepared us a delicious breakfast every morning and even varied the options. It was definitely one of the best private B&B breakfasts we have ever had!! I would definitely recommend this accommodation if you would like to explore Rome for a few days - Maddy is absolutely lovely and really makes you feel at home. We had a set of keys and could come and go as we pleased.
It was a wonderful, quiet neighbourhood but the only issue for us was that it was quite far out of the centre of Rome (the most touristy parts) so we had to depend on the train or bus ride to get back - this took roughly 45min-1hr by bus, less by train (although they didn't run as late as the buses). The public transport was unfortunately quite unreliable, especially the trains, so sometimes it took us much longer to get to where we were going, and a long time to get back (this has nothing to do with the accommodation but it is important to know that it isn't super central). The bed wasn't particularly comfortable but we were so tired that we slept soundly anyway!

Maddy is very kind person! You can relate on her for every information. The flat is super clean, the bathroom is equipped with everything. The Wifi is fast. The breakfast Maddy serves is more then good - fruits, coffee and tea, butter, cheese and jam. There is a small fridge in the room and you can put some water or other small personal purchase. The host has also left bottles of water inside. If i have the chance to return to Rome, I will chose Maddy again. The flat is closed to the train station and thus the city center is easily reached.
The spout of the bathroom sink sprays and you cannot stay dry when brushing your teeth and washing your face/hands. It should be fixed.

Maddy waited for our arrival (we got lost and were a bit late) and made sure we got everything we needed. She also asked what we wanted for breakfast and served it with various options. The room in the appartment had its own bathroom, all wad clean and tidy. The appartment is near a bus and a train stop. A train is a cheap and easy way to get to some towns like Ostia. You can buy train tickets at the station. To get a bus ticket you have to get to a newspaper stand (weekdays only) or walk to the closest metro station. Some buses have terminals to pay for the trip inside the vehicle. Anyway you can totally explore the area by foot and get to places like Colosseum in 30-40 min. The homy feeling of this rent and this area of Rome were overall perfect for us. Would totally recommend
The bed was a bit sqeaky but it didn't bother us much.

Everything about the place is beyond the expectations. The foremost request from us was to check in at midnight and the host was very kind enough to receive us without hesitation. The place was very clean. It is suitably located very near to a train station (Quattro Venti) that takes you to the main stations and tourist locations. Ms. Maddalena was always kind with us and helpful. She served breakfast for both the days and she even guided us. The place is very quiet at nights. It has a convenience store and a pharmacy very nearby. It has a Cafe/Bar near the Quattro Venti train station. Highly recommended stay !
This is not a dislike about the place, but a friendly message to whomever tries to book this place. It will be tough for you to reach this place after 11 PM. I would recommend shared cars or own cars to reach this place in time.

Maddy is an amazing host with a very friendly attitude! Her place is very pretty, and she provided us with a nice room with a private ensuite bathroom. The Italian-style breakfast she prepared for us every morning was very tasty and filling. The apartment is located in a very beautiful area of Rome, and we really liked the view from the balcony attached to the dining/living room. There is a train station right beside the apartment which gave us easy and quick access to both the airport, the Vatican, and the city center. Maddy gave us amazing recommendations for places to eat and things to see in the city, and was very warm and respectful of the guest's privacy. We had arrived around 21:45 and had a smooth check-in procedure. We were able to come and go from the apartment at any time of the day or night, including the early hours (2/3 AM etc). We recommend this place for anybody coming to stay in Rome for a couple of days, it's well worth the experience! Until next time :)

Maddy was the best host I’ve ever met. She waited for me and she not only told me how to get where I wanted to go, but she also walked with me to ensure I was OK. She also helped me get to the airport at 4:30 in the morning. she was so loving and warm. she was great
The bed was not that comfortable, though it was OK
