Alessandra was extremely welcoming and even set up birthday decorations for my friends birthday with complimentary drinks and breakfast which I thought was a lovely gesture. The property was well kept and had many amenities provided, the check in and check out was simple which made it easier for us. The security of the place was good as you would not be able to access the building or apartment with a key and was gated so civilians could not enter. Would definitely stay again!!

Location of the apartment is great. Very close to Trastereve train station (5 mins walk) and close to Trastevere restaurants on the other side of the street (also to tram and bus line). The room was quiet, the coffee machine was good to have. The host (Alessendra) was kind and helpful. We would come back! :)

The pillowcase and the bed linen had couple strains of hair when we opened the bed cover. The bed cover itself didn't look the freshest as well. I wish the cleaning would be done more throughly.

I liked the way we were cobtacted even before arriving, and tomd about keys. Very good communication.

The matress was awful!! Have never slept on a mattress like that, it made the nights sleep little hard. The room also had a very strange smell everytime we went in. Not from the linen or the toilet, so unsure was to where it came from.

Lovely host, great staff, amazing place. Very convenient and all amenities provided. Train station 4 mins away. Bus and tram station 2 mins away. So comfortable so good. Nightlife and great restaurants 15 mins away. Centre 15 mins away. Airport 30 mins.

Room was clean, with AC which is definitely welcoming during summer. Bed is big and comfortable. The flat is situated in accessible place. There are many possibilities for traveling by train or buses.

Communication with the owner was awful. She told us to arrive at 11am to check in. After long time traveling, we were hoping to finally to relax in the room, but the room was not cleaned yet. She told us, that it will take max. 1 hour and will contact us, when the room is ready. 3 hours had passed, room was not cleaned and she did not even text us. We had to wait in city with bags for 3 hours, when it was 37 celsius.

The coffee and bread provided was good. The location is 30 min train ride from FCO airport and an extra 5-7 min walk from station. The Colisseum is about a 45-minute walk or a shorter bus ride. The room was modern and clean, Alessandra and Victoria were both very friendly. I recommend when in Rome.

Alessandra and Victoria who received us were super nice and friendly:) the accommodation was comfortable and clean and in a good location to walk to the city and to get to the airport and other cities. Super convenient!

The staff were very friendly and kind, they even came early to check me in so I could put my things away quicker, it was very generous. Be ready to pay a local tax (€6 per night) in cash when you get there!

Super friendly and helpful staff, great with check in and stayed late for me when delayed due to flight. Great sized room with lovely balcony, private bathroom and shared kitchen with fridge and basic amenities. Free wifi and AC, good size and lovely stay in a great neighbourhood!

Slight smell from the drains and road was noisy but due to it being a busy neighbourhood it wasn’t too bad. Could’ve been a little cleaner (stain on towel and dust) and maybe a thicker duvet but otherwise a pleasant stay.

The location was perfect for me. The no 8 tram takes you right to Piazza Venezia or the no. 170 bus takes you all the way to Termini. Since I was there for one month, the location allowed me to walk to Testaccio (wonderful market), and to many other districts. Being close to the Trastevere train station made coming from and going to the airport a breeze.

I would have liked a small refrigerator directly in my room. But having one close by in the shared kitchen was good.
