The hotel team is very good and pleasant. The location is a positive aspect - some meters from the Campo de Fiori and Piazza Navona. The breakfast is good and good price.

The hotel is located in a medieval small street, with dim lighting. I feel confortable, but...

A small hotel in a good location about 40 yards from the Campo Fiori which made all of the main attractions easily walkable. Friendly staff and reception was staffed 24 hrs a day. The room was spotless with a large comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with a great walk in shower. The breakfast had a limited choice of hot and cold items but was in a pleasant room with good coffee.

Although centrally located the hotel is up a narrow side street with no vehicle access. This made the location quiet but not the easiest to find. The hotel itself was spotless but the side street was unfortunately not.

The rooms are big, we have been at 303 and 304, the kids sleep at 303 , there are steps in that room , The location was great, the staf very helpful, the breakfest was nice.

We come after beeing at verona and garda , both hotel there bring us bottle of mineral water every day , we tought it would be nice if navona essence hotel will provied also bottle of water , especially when it so hot out side. Beside this every thing was great and we defentliy reccomend this hotel

Great location, just off the lovely Campo de Fiori square, which has a market every day - also only a maximum 20-30 minute walk from most of the main sites in Rome, including the Coliseum, Vatican City, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps etc. Staff were helpful in allowing us to store baggage after check out, as we didn't have a flight until the evening. They also recommended some really nice restaurants nearby for our evening meals. Room was nice enough, and modern bathroom, although they do have larger ones than the one we stayed in.

staff was excellent. they arranged transportation to and from the airport and to and from the cruise port with absolutely no glitches. Very pleasant. Love being near, almost in Campo di Fiore

when we returned from our cruise, which was our second stay, our room was very warm which made sleeping uncomfortable I am not sure if that was due to the very high temperatures in Rome, but when we initially stayed in a different room two weeks prior, our room stayed very cool.

great location -- despite there're no significant picturesque POI in the near, but it is maximum 25 minutes walk to ANY place of interest in central Rome. It is very convenient to walk 15-20 minutes to Trastevere for wonderful food and the same 20-25 minutes to Vatican, Pantheon, Circo Massimo. Stuff is very friendly, room (our was #106) is tidy and quit. Really good hotel.

Everything would be exceptional if it wasn't for a tiny little scar on this otherwise excellent experience: charging for plain water that's in the room. I understand the concept of minibar, but there was no proper minibar: only plain small bottled water that's usually offered for free even in subpar hotels. I know it's just stupid 1.5 euros, but it's not about money, it just felt unnecessary and out of place. A proper, well-stocked minibar or simply no water at all (Rome has delicious tap water!) would be more suitable options.

Location is excellent and it was great value for the money we paid! Arianna at the front was super friendly and helpful. She arranged an electric adaptor for USA plugs, taxi rides, extra towels, etc.. It was nice to have a free welcome package which included cookies, water, and other drinks. Included breakfast was great!

Sliding door the master bedroom was broken but they said they are trying to get if fixed.

The perfect stay in Rome! The location of this hotel was perfect, walking distance to all of the main sites and right in the heart of my favorite part of Rome. So close to Campo de Fiori and Piazza Navona. The room was much larger than we expected, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very updated and clean, and the staff was amazing! They helped arrange a taxi for us to get to the train station and stored our bags for us when we arrived early in the morning before check-in. I would definitely stay here on my next trip to Rome and recommend it to anyone.

Everything was wonderful!

Amazing location, so central and just off a brilliant market square always bustling and full of brilliant restaurants. The hotel staff were so friendly and the reception was always manned. The room itself was clean and modern.

The cot for the baby probably needs a new mattress. It was very lumpy so we had to put blankets under it.
