The location of this property could not be any better! The atmosphere and fresh food at the market square was a huge bonus. The apartment was spotless with all that was needed. I was blessed to have the place to my self which was a little luxury. Anna was there to greet me and I was grateful that she was my first contact in Rome. Great English and ready to give me some tips. Her communication leading up to my trip was excellent. Especially as a solo mature female traveler I could not have asked for better. Thank you Anna.

The place was very clean and in a great location. Anna was very easy to communicate with. She met us on arrival and answered all questions and provided recommendations for places to eat. She booked a taxi for us to the airport upon leaving. She answered all of our questions quickly. We were three people, a couple in one room and my adult daughter in the other room. It was nice to each have our own bedrooms and share the kitchen. There was a variety to chose from for breakfast.

Perfect location. We walked by foot to every sight. Couldn't have wished for a better host. Anna was kind and extremely helpful. She contacted us even prior to our arrival, sharing all the details foe to find the apartment better. I have some severe allergies, and she went above and beyond to make sure I've enough things available for my breakfast.

Free breakfast the first nite in the restaurant round the corner, We had croissant and coffee. The place was nice so we went on having breakfast there the rest of the period. A cake was always available on the table in the kitchen. We could not resist!! The host Anna is very very nice and helpful The room was very cozy and its super central

The last day we were asked to leave the room already 10.30 because the next guests were supposed to arrive 12.00. We think these guests should have been waiting instead. However, Anna had sent us a message well in advance but we had turned off the mobile.

We loved our stay at b&b piazza! It was very clean and Anna is an amazing host! Very helpfull in guiding the way and explaining everything!

The room is a great size, high ceilings, small fridge in room, individual coffee maker in room.

There’s a couple flights of stairs but there’s not much you can do - it’s the design of the old Italian buildings.

Anna supplied a well stocked kitchen for us and the ac was definitely appreciated. She responded quickly and was such a big help to us. The location worked well for our needs. We could walk to so many other wonderful piazzas easily and at any time. There's an elevator for those who need a break from steps. Anna's directions to the door are spot on.

The tv wasn't hooked up and the WiFi is weak. Here's the thing - we didn't come to Rome to watch tv and we got by on the WiFi or went to a restaurant in the piazza and joined their network.

I missed the part about the location being a shared kitchen. So was abit surprised to see the setup as it is an apartment with two bedrooms. So you can hear the other bedroom occupants easily.

Location was excellent we could walk every where not far to major sights. A lot great of restaurants near by. Anna was a great host gave a lot of information & directions of places to visit. Breakfast was supplied & simple needed to prepare yourself. All areas very clean.
