Location was excellent, right next to Navona Square and Campo Di Fiori. Walking distance to everything. Rooms are very stylish and spotless. Staff very kind and helpful but Google translate had to be used often so that we can understand each other. For example pillows were terrible, all four of them lumpy and useless- we asked and they bought us new ones the very next day. We would stay here again.

Breakfast was disappointing - they did get me some brown toast bread as only basic white was offered - so they tried their best but their whole breakfast concept not on the par with the quality of rooms. You get a tray per room of things all in plastic packaging (croissants, pancakes, biscuits). Not a single fresh pastry or bread. They do not have facilities to make them on premises but Rome if full of bakeries and fruit was in season. We were offered a banana and two apples every day. Even if you cannot make anything I would advise making a deal with a local bakery and offering fresh pastries and some peaches, strawberries etc. And better quality of cereals, some granola for example.

The location was amazing. Just between Navona and Campo di Fiori. I loved that the rooms were new and extremely clean. The staff were incredible! The room was more than I expected and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was also good with yogurt, fruit, ham and cheese, butter, Nutella, cereals, juice and the coffee of your preference. But the best parts was Crena! He was super friendly and helpful. I needed some cookies my son wanted and He gave me a map and marked the spots where he thought I could find them. He even told me he also looked in the stores himself for the cookies! I had the best time in Rome! And also there is a great pizzeria, FIORE and the best carbonara just in the corner at Luciano. I would definitely recommend and I am sure I will be back. Thank you!

The room was clean, modern, and decent size - identical to the photos. There's a minibar with complementary soft drinks and snacks, which is practical also for refrigerating things you buy. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is AMAZING! A 30-second walk to Campo Di Fiori with plenty of excellent restaurants and bars. Breakfast was fine. No hot dishes, but a decent selection of pastries, cheese, cold cuts, yogurts, and hot drinks. All and all - extremely happy with this accommodation and will gladly come back.

Walls are not very soundproof, so you hear people showering in rooms next door etc. Its a lively neighborhood, so it can get a bit noisy at night if you're sensitive to that kind of thing. It didn't really bother me.

Excellent location. The most friendly and helpful staff. Although our room was somewhat on the small side, it was very clean and well organized. We did not eat breakfast due to a schedule to keep, but it was available. This is a nice, small boutique hotel with a very accommodating staff.

I wish we could turn down the thermostat at night to make the room a little cooler. It was set at 21.7C (71F) and we prefer 19C (66F) for sleeping: it was not adjustable, but you could open the window for a breeze. My wife missed not having hair conditioner available in the shower. In spite of those 2 deficiencies, we would absolutely stay there again and will recommend it highly to our friends.

Italian hotels are usually 1 star less than their actual star. I try to be fair; It is something like a B&B with 3-4 rooms. The location is good, you have access to many historical places. It's only a 20-minute walk to the Colosseum, as well as the Vatican. You rarely need public transportation. Breakfast is very ordinary. 3 types of sausage, bread, sweets, fruit and juice. It is not something like big hotels. But you will be pleased. They try their best to be good. The employees are very friendly. The rooms are not big but very clean. I think you will be satisfied with the money you pay.

This hotel is a bit hard to find. It was very easy to access, but it is in an old building. But you can find it after contacting them :)

The artistic design in this small boutique hotel gave us a deeply satisfying feeling about being there. Our windows looked over the main street, busy for many hours, but the soundproofing was fantastic. We stayed in the triple room even though we were two, and loved the extra room since we could do yoga easily at the same time. Plus, the taxi stand nearby meant we could go anywhere at anytime easily. Plus this location meant I could do an early morning walk right out the door and see highlights without the crowds - heavenly. The breakfast was full -- cornetti, pastries, breads, meats and cheeses, spreads, juices, muesli, yogurt, and endless cappuccino made by staff. The staff helped us with luggage both checking in and out -- we felt very cared for.

We couldn't figure out how to ring the doorbell for the hotel (it's on one floor of a big historic building) initially, although the code is on a sign, and we didn't have the WhatsApp number to call. We didn't reply to the question about checkin time because we just didn't know.

We loved the exceptional care extended to us from Lara and the team at Navona Rooms. We were able to have access to our room 3 hours early due to our early arrival from New Zealand. We missed 2 of the 3 breakfasts because we booked early tours but each time Lara offered us coffee, snacks and sandwiches to take with us instead. Each day our room was perfectly serviced. The location is also amazing, 10 out of 10 from us!

You pick this boutique guest house / hotel primarily for the location. Most attractions and some nice restaurants are all within walking distance. As an added bonus, the staff were superb, the place was clean, and amenities were good.

It's not the hotel's fault, but because you are in the center of historical Rome, our room was small. Felt claustrophobic at points. However, you don't come to Rome to sit in the room! Maybe it is worth getting an upgrade for a slightly bigger room with a view.

The hotel located in the best location - in the center of Rome, a few minutes walking from all tourists sites. The rooms are clean and beautiful, with very nice continental breakfast. The staff was super kind and nice - Gianmarco, Leonardo and Rebecca :) Super recommended!

The air conditioner is pretty weak for the summer, but the staff provided us a ventilator that really helped us.
