A beautiful old property. I had last stayed there 9 years ago an believe I may have stayed in the same room. As a tiny hotel, there are only about 10 rooms to be had. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The location is great. Centrally located making the Vatican and Colosseum each about a 30 minute walk. 10 mins to the Pantheon and 20 to Trevi Fountain. Also it is 3 minutes to a favorite small restaurant, La Fortunata.

The property is showing it’s age. Some of the bathroom fixtures need to be replaced. Some services have been reduced. 9 years ago you could have eggs made to order. These were no longer available. Also the front desk is only open from 8 AM until 6 PM. So arranging cars for dinner or early departure is on the guest as there is no support.

The place is FAN-TA-STIC! Localization is exceptional, close the main attractions. personnel was more than helpful, always pleasure and very very helpful. When we asked for the lemon to the tea Michela just went downstairs and brought the fresh one from organic store. On the other hand Carlo has given us plenty of ideas where to go, to non obvious places and taste real Roman tastes. These guys are priceless! Super nice and very friendly. Within the next few months Hotel will go through some work to raise the standard for guests. I highly recommend this place!

The perfect stay in Rom! First of all the hotel was in the centre of the city a beautiful place and everything was nearby. I had a special request, my best friend is getting married so I asked if they could decorate the room. The staff did everything the room was perfectly decorated the staff was absolutely amazing! If im coming back to Rom ill book only at Piazza Farnese Luxury. Absolutely fantastic!!! I could just text them on Whatsapp and they would make anything possible. So far my best stay ever!!!!!! They even waited outside for us just to tell us the that the taxi arrived so we don't have to wait! Absolutely amazing and perfect.

The staff were seriously amazing! They went out of their way to make our stay in Rome memorable. We stayed for 5 nights (2 adults and 2 children) the room was well kept and facilities were excellent. The location allowed us to walk everywhere! We did not use transport once and we attended all of the big attractions and some lesser known ones. The 6 and 8 year old managed the walks as well. I cannot recommend this accommodation and their wonderful staff more. We will be back!

The location was very good and the rooms have been recently refurbished. The lift was helpful and the receptionist was really nice.

The rooms were not soundproof, so you could hear neighbours in the walkway and breakfast noises. Night time is generally quiet as the area is quiet. The mattress was compressed and collapsed on the sides in 104, the pillows were lumpy, the key code handle is fussy with the video instructions incorrect, the tap for the sink was really high so water splashed everywhere.

Piazza Farnese Luxury Suites is a great place to stay in Rome. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent, just a short walk from many of Rome's top attractions. The best part of my stay was the amazing service. The staff was always available to help me with anything I needed, and they went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Rome.

The place is very central and very quickly we reached every important touristic points in Rome (or very cheap by Taxi). So, this is for sure a place to be recommended for couples. The staff helped with my wife who has disabilities by getting her a bench for the bath. Also, a lot of places to eat just around the corner helped a lot.

The bathroom, despite the help, was not so easy to climb for a person with disabilities (also, there are few stairs my wife had to go up - she is able to, but certainly not a person with a harder disability). Also, the shower in the room (103) was particularly dirty specially on the door sliding bar and with old rusty stains that certainly does not match the picture on the web site. Furthermore and this was maybe my mistake, the room was not so nice for four people (for two it is great).

The location is amazing, steps away from Campo de Fiori and minutes away from Piazza Navona. It was also an easy walk to check out Trastevere and you could also walk to see all the main sights and shopping district. The location is perfect for going for an early morning walk to see the Piazza Venezia and Colosseum around sunrise when it is most beautiful. Michela was the perfect host, so kind, helpful and welcoming, she met all our requests graciously. The bed and pillows are some of the best we've experienced in a hotel.

Basically all was fine to very fine after an awkward post -midnight arrival to a hotel whose lobby was isolated (and not brightly lit) 50 feet up two staircases and had its front door up there locked with need for a password (told us via phone by the owner when we called them on our Taxi Driver's cell phone as we all three stood staring at the locked door).

arrival process with no personnel on premises despite the owner and staff knowing of our late arrival for days, and after they were the ones who arranged the taxi from the distant Rome airport, and without us knowing we would arrive to an unattended dark locked "hotel lobby". ..... EVERYTHING ELSE WAS WONDERFUL or close to it.

Farnese Luxury Suites is in a great location with excellent facilities but what makes it exceptional is the staff. While the online check in and initial access is a bit daunting, from the moment of arrival to departure, the professionalism, warmth, care and attention of the staff makes this accommodation exceptional. I was there for a week and forward to staying there again.
