Breakfast was provided at a lovely little café over the road from the hotel. Excellent coffee and service every morning.

Everything about this property was 10 out of 10. You can’t beat the location. Mr. Salvatore was so nice! Flexible and accommodating. They also gave us tips about restaurants, and places to go. This is a family business and it felt like I was staying in a friend’s apartment. Beautiful, well decorated, the bed was SOOO COMFORTABLE and the hot tub was for sure a plus. It’s walking distance to literally everywhere. Honestly, with that many options in Rome, I felt incredibly lucky that we decided to stay in this place. It was our first time in Rome, And I could’ve not chosen better. Thank you, Mr. Salvatore! I hope I can go back soon!

Nothing. I would say just use the carpets to get off the shower because the bathroom floor is a little slippery.

The staff was absolutely delightful and accommodating, we could not have asked for a better welcome. The location is central to all of the main tourist attractions and the neighborhood is lovely, plus the room had a great view of the street. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast at a cozy cafe down the street.

Not that there's much to improve about this, especially considering they help get your bags up and down, but beware of the stairs. They are small and circle up so always watch your step. The wifi connection could have been better but it wasn't awful.

Navona Jacuzzi Rooms is located in the best possible place if you prefer walking. It was less than 2 km to each location (Vatican, Colosseum, Botanical garden, etc) Our room was bigger than I had hoped and the hosts were so friendly and helpful! The breakfast was a classical croissant, coffee & and an orange juice - all tasty!

We had no problem with it, but the stairs to the 3rd floor were a narrow spiral staircase. It was totally ok for us, but sharing this just as an info to people who would prefer not to take the stairs :)

The location was absolutely perfect and in a very nice part of the city. There’s a piazza across the street and is in between the Colosseum and Vatican City. We used Lime scooters and Uber to get around without an issue.

We were staying next to very loud, rude, and annoying guests that other guests had complained about too, but that wasn’t the property’s fault.

Staff is always so sweet. The location is perfect, close to everything. They are always accommodating and helpful and supportive with anything or any questions should you need assistance.

I've stayed here before and come back because they are so kind and the place is clean. I do have to make aware that there are quite a bit of stairs. Even the family apartment on the "ground floor" has quite a bit of stairs. Fine if you're with adults or older kids. Not great with toddlers. We had a 1 year old that loves running around. We had to have someone on stair duty at all times. But that's the only thing. Everything else is fabulous!

The property has an amazing location and everything inside is furnished very nicely. Everything was clean and comfortable. The bathtub was also very big and comfortable.

The sound insulation is not very good. The room we had was on the first floor, and it was located very close to the building’s entrance door. Thus, you could hear people speaking while walking up and down the stairs and slamming the door early in the morning and late at night.

The owners were great! They met us at the property and arranged transportation for us! The apartment is ideally located with great restaurants and stores. Felt very safe. The apartment was very cute and exactly what we as a large family needed. Great space!

Everything was as expected. We were satisfied with our stay. It can be loud early in the morning with regards to garbage truck but that’s not any fault of the apartment. I just put on white noise on my phone and was able to block out the noise without difficulty. I would still stay at this apartment without hesitation.

I had the best stay there. The room was SO big. It wasn't very light but considering how hot it was outside the blind was closed anyway so i didn't mind that at all. The staff was absolutely amazing. As a solo traveller on this trip i was made to feel very comfortable, and looked after by everyone. I travelled for a concert at stadio olimpico, and some sight seeing, i've received all the information and advices on my arrivals from the hosts and staff. Lovely lovely people. Breakfast at the café across the street was super nice as well. The location is amazing, the hotel is right off Piazza Navona and walking distance to so many sight,(also a taxi meet-up point close by) it is also surrounded by nice food places. The bed was so comfy I've had the best sleeps. I really want to visit this place again when back in Rome. THANK YOU

The property is on the 3rd floor without a lift, And the staircase was super hot. So don't bring huge luggage with you. the staff was absolutely amazing at helping carrying my carry on suitcase up and down for me.

Location was spot on walking distance to all the main areas Just round corner from Piazza Navona . Salvatore and his wife were very friendly and helpful . Highly recommend this apartment. Loads of character in the heart of everything Restaurants and shops just below

There were no plugs for jacuzzi and showers were a squeeze if you are tall but we managed and not that bothered. Safer putting in good showers instead of a jacuzzi in this climate ?
