- The Location was amazing. - The receptionists were always polite, welcoming and cooperative. - The house-keeping staff were clean and thorough, they refilled the coffee bar generously. - Fast check-in and check-out. - The breakfast had a nice variety and had Halal options. The restaurant staff were always serving us with a smile. - The roof-top is amazing and has a spectacular view.

- The safety box can be opened easily by entering a series of repeated digits(different from my passcode). I didn’t trust it, so I had to carry my valuables with me all the time which was extremely dangerous and inconvenient. - Anyone can use the elevator! some people may think of it as an upside, but personally, if it is activated by the card, I would feel a bit safer. - There is no carpet under the bed. - The pillows were not comfortable. -They don’t offer complementary water bottles, not even on the first day. - the room is not sound-proof. I could hear the baby crying next door. Also, I could hear house-keeping staff when they were cleaning the rooms nearby.

Palazzo Navona is wonderful. The location is ideal for walking to most sites in the central part of the city, and the bus stops are only a few steps away. The staff was attentive and very helpful. The breakfast was robust and including a broad array of options. The downstairs bar is quite elegant, but the real star of the show is the rooftop bar. Wow! from one side there is a clear of the dome of St. Peter's Basilica, and on the other is a superb view of the dome of the Pantheon rising from the city.

The room is rather tight for space, there is minimal sound-proofing between the main room and bathroom, and the view from the window isn't lovely. BUT, for a hotel in a major city at this price, this is way better than what you would get in London or New York. And, the staff, breakfast, location, and rooftop views all make up for anything else. We loved Palazzo Navona!

The staff were very friendly & reception staff were also very friendly & helpful. Room was immaculate every day on our return with fresh towels & attention to detail. Breakfast was lovely also. Received an upgrade on arrival & a complimentary bottle of wine & biscuits which were much appreciated.

Birds maybe duck's squawking late at night & early morning. Woken late one night by what sounded like a volley of gunshots, maybe there's a police or army barracks nearby, was frightened for a couple of minutes when I awoke with a start after midnight. I know this out of the hotel's control.

excellent location, walking distance to Piazza Novona and Pantheon. staff is exceptional and extremely helpful. they helped us book reservations at nice restaurants. we stayed as a family with kids and it was great. suite rooms were big. breakfast was good. we traveled to another town and the hotel kept our luggage for the duration of our trip so that we could just pickup and fly back. highly recommend staying if you want to be in the center close to all the sights!

the first room we had was facing the street and it was noisy with folks partying at night. we changed our rooms to be courtyard facing so it was much quieter. some rooms have bathrooms with out a door but they do provide a privacy screen/separator.

Loved everything about this elegant and modern boutique hotel. The staff are friendly and professional. The lounge is a very relaxing spot to have a glass of wine or a cocktail and we were provided with small snacks each time. We didn’t go on the roof top terrace, but it certainly looked great. The hotel is stylish and it’s all the small details that make it very appealing and inviting - beautiful colours, flowers on the tables, comfortable, lush chairs in the lounge and near the reception area, interesting books on shelves, the “framed” mirrors on the lounge wall and so much more. Our room was simple, yet nicely appointed - comfortable bed, nice toiletries. The breakfast buffet had a great assortment of food and was such a convenient way to start the day. The hotel is in the perfect location - steps away from Piazza Navona, short walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon, so many good restaurants and shops nearby. Loved wandering throughout the area and seeing what we’d discover. Very highly recommend staying here!

Reception staff were amazing, we stayed at 3 hotels while travelling for our honeymoon and they were the only hotel to congratulate us and even organised a bottle of Prosecco in the room. Location was great near sites, bars and restaurant.

bed was a little hard for our preference. Room had a balcony which was a nice surprise but a bench of some sort or chairs would have been a nice touch. we also used the rooftop bar which was excellent in the evening although cushions on al the chairs are required. we also used it for lunch and the service was very slow still attentive but it took a long time to be asked for drinks, food order etc

Amazing location for bouncing around different parts of Rome. Good or walking, a bus, or Lime/Bird scooters. There's so much to see nearby that it's tough to pick what to even highlight! Staff were polite, property is super clean, rooms are neat & clean, roof top is great for a drink or snack.

There's nothing major to call out here. If I had to pick, the room was small but that's to be expected given the location & building types in the area.

The hotel was in a great location, very clean with nice white linen and towels, lovely toiletries in the bathroom and a very nicely displayed and varied breakfast. Staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. Overall a very nice small hotel.

The bathroom and room in general lacked ay shelf space- were were three women in the room and there was nowhere in the shower or in the very compact bathroom alcove to put our toiletries. Plus there were no hooks to hang up wet coats.

Great hotel bathroom a bit of a squeeze and rooms are small. But other than the space a lovely hotel.
