Everything is super comfortable: central but quite location, rooms are cute, small but enough space for 2 (if you have 2 big suitcases be ready to store them under the table😊). The shower has good water pressure, the linen is soft and warm. Conditioning works well. The cleaning was made every day, thanks. Breakfast is repeatable but has everything for our taste (warm meal, cheeses, bread and croissants, cerurals and yogurt, pastries, vegetables etc). A very big thanks to Ms. Phonetip, she welcomed us late in the evening and allowed to stay 1 hour after check out in the room. You are very kind and welcoming person, thank you once again!

First time traveling to Rome and really enjoyed the location in prolixity to major attractions. The people working at the front desk were always excited to see me and overall just a great experience! The breakfast was a big bonus and best way to start the day!

It’s not like typically hotel chains so there isn’t support 24/7. The room was on the smaller side but manageable. The shower has like a half sheet of glass and no way not to get water all over the floor.

The shower in the superior double room does not have a door and it’s quite annoying because water just splashes everywhere but except from this matter, everything else is amazing !

The Navona Street location was excellent, centrally located for all the major tourist attractions in Rome. The hotel was great, our room was comfortable. Our breakfast was included, and it was plentiful and delicious... everyone was polite, helpful and concerned for our every need. The first person we met was Sara at the front desk and she welcomed us with open arms and gave us a complete tour of every aspect of the hotel...

Cleaning people weren’t friendly.

From the moment we got to the hotel the welcome from the receptionist was warm, efficient and friendly - our room was ready for us even though we got to the hotel early. The room was very clean and tidy - the bed was extremely comfortable and even though we were right in the centre of Rome there was no noise from outside. The breakfast was perfect - everything you could want to eat was there. We ate our evening meals on the terrace outside the hotel and the all the staff and the food were excellent. We can thoroughly recommend this hotel

There was nothing to complain about

The hotel has the best location in Rome, you can go to the main atractions/places by walking. The staff was amazing, the people at the hotel are very kind, always smiling and they are always there to help you with everything. The rooms are very nice and clean, the breakfast was delicious and the restaurant has very good dishes. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Close to the main sights- Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Castel D’Angelo, Campo do Fiori, Trevi Fountain and Vatican City are walking distance. Breakfast was nice and there is a small fridge in your room if you want to keep things cool. Staff were amazing, super friendly, communicative and helpful. They even suggested places to eat and which sights to go. It was my BFs bday and they gave us a complimentary small bottle of Prosecco and the lady at breakfast put a candle in his croissant which was cute! Room was big enough for a couple and it was modern and up to date, including a smart TV that you can connect your Netflix to if you want. The street we were on was quiet and we slept well.

Nothing really! Only 8 rooms in the property so is quiet. People with disabilities may have trouble getting to breakfast as I couldn’t see a lift but I’m sure they will help bring it to you if you asked. We got a small double room which was enough for us but if you have big bags, it may be a tight squeeze.

The staff were outstanding - they could not do more for us! The hotel was so clean and so aesthetically pleasing. It’s only small and our room was only small but it’s all we needed. The shower was a beautiful waterfall shower and the aircon was much needed. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring every part of Rome, as you are right in the middle.

The rooms can be a bit noisy from the working restaurant/other guests. However, we bought ear plugs and slept right through.

excellent location of the hotel that allows you to explore the city on foot and enjoy wandering through the narrow streets. Very friendly staff. They helped us with everything we needed.

there were no closed wardrobes in the room. our stay was short so it didn't bother us, but for some longer stays it might be important.
