- The location is absolutely amazing! It took us a minute to find the entrance at first but it's just a normal apartment door in the back left corner of the square and you have to ring the doorbell. The hotel is located in 2 apartment units of the house. It's right above 3 great restaurants and in walking distance of the Vatican and pretty much everything you need to see in Rome. Even the 20 minute walk to the Colosseum is very enjoyable. - We liked having breakfast in our room but on some days, the staff forgot some of our ordered items. - The room/suite had a lot of space and even a little walk-in closet which made it easy to really settle in and spread out. We had the suite with sauna (simply because that was the only one left) but my boyfriend actually made use of it and really enjoyed the sauna.

- The room is clearly in need of some maintenance. I'm sure it was very luxurious when it first opened but in2022, we had wallpaper peeling off the walls, the fancy rainfall showerhead was very clogged and the fancy-looking body showerheads weren't functioning at all. There were no hooks to hangup our towels, no nightstands, and one side of the bed didn't have an outlet. - We also didn't love that there was no desk or table in the room but we were able to use the table in the common area instead. We also didn't have an iron in our room and had to ask for one for the next day.

We loved the location, walked to everything we wanted to see! I so enjoyed the eateries in the piazza.

Room shower was small; no where to sit comfortably unless in bed. However actually were not there to hang in the room just a place to sleep.

Great location for sites in and around the historic center. Only 5 minutes from Piazza Navona and about 15 from Vatican City and the Pantheon. Only a little further to Trevi Fountain and some of the great churches in the area. Chiesa Nuova, the nearby bus stop has multiple convenient routes (40, 64, n46, n98) for those arriving at or departing from Termini. The room was comfortable with great wifi. The breakfast, served in room, was typical Italian, with cappuccino, juice and pastries.

Nice spacious room with all facilities you would need, TV, Safe, aircon etc. Bed was really comfy and jacuzzi bath was nice to have with good water pressure in the shower too. Nice and clean with daily maid service and morning breakfast delivery great too. Also nice that we were able to leave our luggage after check out. Location was good too; very central.

The buzzer on the front of the building to get in doesnt work too well so we had about 15 minutes wait to get into the room but that was just because we weren't pressing the button hard enough, not really a complaint but more an awareness for future bookers would be good.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome! The cleanliness was truly impressive, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. The hotel's prime location was a major highlight, as it allowed me to easily explore all the incredible sights and attractions Rome has to offer. But what truly stood out was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Their warm hospitality made me feel like I was right at home. I can't wait to return to this fantastic hotel on my next trip to Rome!

We enjoyed our stay in Navona Nice Room! The location is absolutely perfect, close to basically everything. The service/hospitality in here was really nice, the staff were helpful. Breakfast was ok (for Italian breakfast it was good), cause as a finn we have maybe get used to have bigger breakfast, but in general it was good and u will get your stomach full with it. Maybe only minus was that in our bathroom the air-condition made really loud noice every time you switched the lights on, which tells that, that thing hasn't been cleaned in a while, maybe that would be good thing to do, also couple times the lights went off from our room (don't know was is the whole hotel or not).

Room was in a great location and very clean and nice.

Took us forever to get into the place and they stated Rome didn't allow them to use the A/Cs until a certain date. We were at the end of May and it was getting pretty hot.

Navona Rooms was in a great location with a lovely courtyard with restaurants on the doorstep. It was clean and comfortable and we were very happy,

One evening the power went out and as there was no staff around to tell had to wait until the next morning for them to sort it out when they arrived.

Husband has coeliac and getting him a gluten free breakfast was not a problem great choice and variety. Staff could not have been more helpful. They even stored some foods for me in their kitchen for me that wouldn’t fit in the room fridge.

Noise from outside during the night. Ear plugs would probably have been useful if I would’ve brought some.
