Staff are very helpful and responsive. Location was fabulous and the view from our room was amazing. We booked the small double with balcony which was a lot bigger than we anticipated. It was comfortable and clean and the balcony was fabulous for people watching. We will definitely stay again but in a different room type next time (see why below).

Soundproofing - the noise from the road was easily drowned out by the double doors and did not bother us. What didn’t work is the soundproofing within the walls - we shared a foyer with another room and they were very loud getting in and getting out (not the hotel’s fault but a point to consider when choosing a room).

This was my first-ever solo trip, and staying at this hotel made it the most beautiful experience I could have imagined. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely safe and secure, which was so important to me traveling alone. The location was unbeatable—everything was within walking distance, including the main monuments and attractions. The room itself was stunning, with a magnificent view that made each morning feel magical. It was clean, spacious, and had all the comforts I needed after long days of exploring. Hey, so the building’s been renovated, so don’t judge it from the outside or the elevator. 😉 The bus station is really close. Rome is huge and has a bunch of city centers, but this place is kinda in the middle, so you can get to all the sights easily. We stayed for 3 days and saw everything we wanted to because the location was so good. It’s the best thing about this hotel. The room was super clean and smelled nice, and the air conditioning worked great. If you’re just looking for a comfy place to stay while you explore the city, this is a really good option.

The room isn't soundproof, so you can hear some noise. The minibar only had water in it. The coffee machine and snacks were outside the room.

When we first arrived we were greeted by a lovely guy - can’t recall his name but he gave us plenty of suggestions & recommendations on where to go etc! Had a lovely communal area with snacks and coffee. We were then shown our gorgeous room. Beautifully finished. Everything looked new. Very clean. Unreal comfy beds & pillows. Full length mirror. Window overlooking the city but was quiet on a night time. Shower wash available, lovely shower & really good hair dryer. The location was great & in a lovely safe area. 10 mins walk to lots of restaurants & a great location for all of the main sites to see! Also Trastevere is nearby and deffo worth a visit for a night out.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Rome. The property is modern. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I particularly appreciated the attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of many iconic attractions. There were snacks and tea/coffee in the common place, where you can sit and enjoy air conditioned place.

Everything was great, no drawbacks that we can highlight.

The location was excellent! We picked this location so we could walk to Vatican City which was only 20 minutes away. Although the room was on a busy street so noisy, the windows had noise cancelling shutters on them which really helped. A bonus that were weren’t expecting was the reception area provided very good coffee, snacks and access to wine glasses. We had a room with a balcony where we would enjoy a bottle of wine and watch the action below. The host was very responsive to messages and provided helpful information on which bus number to take due to a taxi strike.

The rooms are small.

Great location. Room was nice and very clean. Very helpful and friendly staff and they always responded to requests very quickly. The tea & coffee making facilities were very good. There are lots of very good restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Our room was very small but this was not a problem for us. If we had more luggage it would have been difficult to find place to keep it. The road outside the hotel was very busy and when we had the window opened it was very noisy but this is a busy city and noise is not unexpected. None of this would stop me from booking this hotel again.

The location, with a balcony on three sides, a view of the street below, and the Castel Sant'Angelo across the river, was simply perfect. It is a stone's throw from a maze of picturesque old cobbled streets filled with fascinating shops, cafes, and antiques, plus several excellent restaurants. Most are reasonably priced, but if you want to push the boat out for something extra special, try Pierluigi, only five or six minutes' walk away. The walk to the Vatican was less than ten minutes. Antonio, the night host who greeted us, explained everything and was most helpful, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in.

I have to say I struggled with the coffee maker - are the pods the right size? I managed in the end, but it took some technique to master!

The manager was wonderful, greeting us outside the entrance to the hotel very late at night, quite a few hours after we were supposed to have arrived. The location is great. Walking distance to everything we wanted to visit. The room was quite small, but sufficient for a two-nights stay. Our understand is that the property offers larger rooms.

We would have liked a bit more space, but again, we had reserved one of the smaller rooms.

The hotel was in an excellent position for number of the sites in Rome - Vatican City, Piazza Novona, Spanish steps etc. The room was a reasonable size and well maintained with good facilities generally. Good security and close to taxis and buses.

I felt the price was a little high for what was provided - the desk was small and there was no comfortable armchair. The shower was not totally enclosed so it was easy to get water all over the floor and this was a slip hazard. It looked fashionable but was inadequate and potentially dangerous.
