very comfortable room good location wifi was good for my meetings

the reception wasn't helpful regarding taxi or restaurants or anything we ask for. as if they were ordered not give any recommendations or help. I also asked for a quite place to have a meeting at 7.30 am they told me I can only do it in the reception. Also I don't know if it was the hotel but saturday and sunday 8 am we woke up with the sound of glass being thrown to trash. A LOT of glass. Very loud. f this was the hotel, they should be more thoughtful!

Great location. Nice and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Nice restaurants around.

Sometimes the towel warmer didn’t work. The same with air conditioning (couldn’t exactly regulate the temperature). Breakfast could be better. Scrambled eggs were always cold. The reception staff wasn’t always warm.

Location, restaurant hours, security, customer service and cleanliness. Our room had everything a traveler could need, plus the environment at the hotel is perfect. The hotel is located at a quiet neighborhood with plenty of Italian restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Metro Stations two blocks away and main avenues with a lot of stores. Additionally Vatican City and many important sites around 15 to 19 minutes by walking.

No iron neither a microwave inside the room, but it was not relevant taking into account that the hotel offers laundromat services and you will always have a vast selection of places where you can eat.

Amazing breakfast, very diverse and the restaurant premises were large, bed was big and comfortable, cleaning personal was very dedicated, room was impeccable. Air conditioning was perfect. We never used any type of transport, so it's possible to say that all the tourist sites are in walking distance (very close to Vatican).

It was not possible to close drainage hole in the bathtub (it was broken). Views were not the best, so it's not really worth paying more money for the views (only the dome of St. Peter's Basilica was visible). The way elevators were a bit strange. Only 1-2 were working from 3 present at any given moment, so sometimes you had to wait a bit more than needed.

We requested a room on the back side of the property with a window that could open (we had stayed at this hotel before). The team were great in accommodating this request. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The Gym was very good (but a little difficult to find). the cleaning was good at the property.

The air-conditioning was not great it couldn't go very cold. The room was a little dated - especially the bathroom could have done with some fresh paint. My expectation was there should have been free water in the room but there wasn't, this is kind of a standard for this level of hotel. But all in all this was a good stay and the NH were great. I would stay again.

The hotel location is very good, it's located in the Centre of Rome; nearby to good restaurants, lots of small shops, pharmacies, and close to the metro. The hotel is close to Vatican City (about 30 min walk distance), the Pantheon (about 30 min walk distance), the Sant’Angelo bridge and Piazza Navona (about 20 min walk distance), and Trevi Fountain (about 30 min walk distance). The hotel rooms are large, comfortable, and clean. It's the most comfortable hotel room we've been in Rome. The restaurant service and food are very good.

The staff at reception desk, with few exceptions, is not friendly nor helpful.

great location great room we will be staying again when visiting rome people might say it’s far out, but we loved it! we walked 25 minutes and was then in the centre, loads of little cafes near so just stopped for food. the Lime perfect are excellent and so many by the hotel! we enjoyed riding back on these in the evening and this topped the day off

The hotel is very well maintained, modern, well equipped. Rooms were quite spacious with cabinets, locker, nice/spacious bath with all amenities. The buffet breakfast spread was nice with fresh eggs and multiple other options to choose from.

The customer service at the hotel could have been better. We went for our anniversary and also specifically put a request during our booking to arrange something for anniversary (like mid night cake cutting). Unfortunately the reception was quite rude to tell us they dont entertain any such things and asked us to speak to their restaurant directly and the restaurant was also not clear and did not provide us with any options. This was really disappointing and not expected from chain like NH! Needs improvement.

Comfortable hotel, in very beautiful area, very close to all main places in Roma. Hotel area is quite, but you can walk 20min to get to historical center or 40 min to get to restaurant/party area in Trastevere. perfect accommodations for whose who plan to spend few days in Roma center and walk a lot. Clean rooms, welcoming personal.

Strange conditioning system which was not working properly, but honestly that wasn’t bother us much.

The hotel was perfect. 9/10, it met our expectations and delivered services as promised. Breakfast was excellent, a lot of options including gluten and lactose free options. The rooms are pretty small, but cosy. The hotel is perfectly located, a few minutes from the metro, 15-20 min walk to the Fontana di Trevi and 30 min walk to the Vatican. It also has lots of shops , bars and restaurants in very close vicinity.

When we checked out, the receptionist was asking us to pay for the whole booking, even though the rooms had been paid prior to our arrival via booking.com. The situation was clarified 10 min later, however better communication between the receptionists would be appreciated.
