Hotel had beautiful interior and garden. The staff is kind and helpful! Special greetings to reception guy from Bosnia! Breakfast is rich and delicious! Location of the hotel is perfect for 20 min pleasant walk to the city centre.And also metro station is near.

The room was a good size and very comfortable. I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bathroom was well equipped and well stocked. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and good quality food. The location was perfect, within 15 minutes walk of the Vatican, 20 minutes to the Pantheon and an easy bus/train ride to all the other major sights. Also, very near to lots of local restaurants, shopping centres and a great ice cream bar. There is also a lovely garden area to enjoy. The bar was available intermittently but was good when service was available.

I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the bar was only available if requested and even then not always.

The hotel is on a nice quiet residential street but handy to the metro, shopping, restaurants and sights. The reception staff were very professional and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional - the best we've had. So much to choose from and always well-stocked.

The wifi was not great. It was very slow but got faster later in the evening. The room is a tad small but that's pretty normal for Europe. But it was well appointed with good quality furnishings, which made up for the size.

Pristine location. Absolute marvelous staff from the maid to the reception and all in between, they really made you feel welcome. Within walking distance of everything, and there is some stellar restaurants nearby I can only recommend trying "The Baja" and "La Berninetta".

Did say there was a full minibar on a superior room, it was empty though. Had to ask for bathrobes wich were also supposed to be included.

The hotel is very close to bus stops and the metro. It is also in walking distance to several attractions (Castel Sant'Angelo, Vatican City, Piazza del Popolo). The employees were friendly and helpful, and we had a great stay!

Breakfast was a tad bit underwhelming, they ran out of bacon almost every day. One of us is vegan, which had few options for breakfast, too.

Breakfast was generous, with many options to choose from. Staff was friendly and polite.

The shower water pressure was too high and lots of time the water spilled on the bathroom floor. Room seemed smaller than in the presentation pictures.

Wonderful staff that was very helpful. Nice location close to the Vatican and walking distance to many attractions. Clean rooms, great breakfast and a very welcoming place to stay.

The breakfast was great. A lot of variety. The staff was so friendly and helpful. It was a short walk to find food and local restaurants. It was quiet as well. I was able to walk 30 min to central Rome area that had a majority of the historical sites.
