This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was so friendly, the room was large, comfortable, clean and quiet and the location was unbeatable. Having a safe elevator was a perk and the breakfast, made to order and included in the stay, was delicious and a great way to start the day.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!

Central location to all the sites. Modern rooms with a view of Piazza Navona are smaller than rooms without a view but both fit up to 3 people. Minibar included and replenished every day. Hot breakfast included every day ordered via bar code. Elevator available. Safety deposit box, shower, jet tub, bidet. Wifi included. Plenty of plugs in the room. Coffee maker and tea kettle in the room. I can't say enough about the staff: Gilbert, Rona, Girlie, Jaden, Rufus, Jenny and Marlo make the place run smoothly and go out if the way to accommodate you. Very welcoming and service with a smile. I will definitely stay here again!!

Does not have a visible sign to find the hotel. After walking around and asking I was pointed to a green door, once there I saw the button "rhea luxury" to press and be let in. Minor things like a do not disturb sign for the door, bigger trash can in the bathroom.

The staff were absolutely wonderful! Met us at the canal and walked us to the hotel a short distance away. The breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from. The location was really great as well. Easy walk to St. marks Square and lots of restaurants very nearby. Rooms were a little small, but very clean and served our purposes.

The walls are VERY thin and it felt like people were talking and taking showers inside my room at midnight. I had an uncomfortable experience with someone making absolutely awful noises that sounded so loud, felt like literally inside my room. Either this person was getting murdered or throwing up, it was really really disturbing. Besides that, so complaints. The hotel and staff worked for our group very nicely.

Small hotel, so breakfast was delivered to room. Excellent menu choices (and taste), and all included in the rate. Ordering via smart phone. You cannot get dropped or picked up in front of hotel (pedestrian street). When we two couples (and four suitcases) left for our cruise, the staff gladly took our luggage to the pickup point (about 20 yards away). They also arranged the car to the port and the car from the airport, at competitive rates. Hotel would be hard to find on your own. It is one floor up above a restaurant, with just a plaque on the door, but they send directions. Very private! Small, bur sufficient elevator. Fantastic location. Worth paying extra for rooms facing the square.

Hard to find, since it does not have a street level lobby. Also, on a pedestrian side street. However, they send explicit directions that any taxi driver can follow. Small, so the desk is not staffed 24 hours. Neither of these issues should deter a visitor.

The location was right between the Vatican and Colosseum. The staff was next level. They went above and beyond. The breakfast was fresh every morning and brought to our room. One day we had an early morning tour and wouldn’t be there for breakfast. They offered us cappuccinos and croissants to take away so our family did not miss breakfast. Details like this made this experience a 10. They always offered refilling water and drinks. The staff made the experience. It was a family friendly location and area.

The location was perfect to walk to most every site in Rome. We loved walking out into Piazza Navona. The room was very clean and staff very friendly giving us extra treats along the way. Everything was included in price with stocked mini fridge and breakfast which you order the night before and delivered to your room. Would stay here again. Our suite 201 had a separate living room with twin sleeper and trundle so we had two separate twin beds for our kids to sleep and adults in separate room with big bed. Lots of space to hang clothes and store luggage one in bedroom and another in living room.

Because the location is next to Piazza Navona is can be a bit loud. You get used to it but there is always sounds coming from the street and sometimes music. This hotel is located in a building with rooms throughout the building and a small elevator. It wasn’t a problem but just to make you aware.

The location was perfect for visiting both the Vatican and the Coliseum, with lots to see and do in between. The staff were friendly, helpful when asked, and very professional. We loved the breakfast, great choices. The complementary wine, beer, and soft drinks each day were a lovely touch. Thank you all for making our stay in Rome so special.

Everything, I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect, walking distance to every key site in Rome. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The rooms were so clean and spacious, with everything we needed in there and very quiet at night. The beds are comfortable too, which made for a great night sleep. Breakfast is delivered straight to your room which is so easy and convenient to order as well.

There were no instructions to get in originally, and multiple buttons on the entrance panel for the location. Could be more breakfast cold drink options.

The hotel is called Luxury and while it has nice decor, I would not use luxury to describe anything about it other than it had really nice house slippers and nice bedding/furniture. It is more of a bed and breakfast than a true hotel and in a building with other properties. There is an outdoor key to get you in the building, a key to your floor area, and a key to your room. We stayed in the larger family suite that could accommodate 4 adults. That room does not have a view of the piazza but we knew that ahead of time. The hotel is in a great location with a short walk to the colosseum, ruins, Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Many good restaurants within walking distance. The room itself was nicely decorated. Breakfast was delivered on a cart in the morning. It was very tasty with a lot of options including a lot of vegetarian options. My daughter ordered the grapefruit juice and said it tasted fresh. The cappuccino was good. The cheese platter and croissants were my favorite breakfast items. The croissants were all sweet with different fillings. There is a nice size tub and shower and there are no wash cloths like most hotels we encountered in Italy. We stored our luggage before our room was ready and it was delivered to our room. We used the shuttle service provided by the hotel and it was a good price.

The black mold on the bathroom wall and door frame was distracting from the aesthetics of the place. It was also a bit difficult to get into the place before we had our keys. At one point we were outside and kept ringing the bell until someone happened to open the door. They also could not run 2 of our credit cards to pay for the city tax so we had to use cash. We had no other issues using our cards the entire trip. Unsure if it was the hotels issue or our cards. But brings euros in case.
