Very attentive service, excellent decor, generous room sizes, great location, attention to detail, very good breakfast

Hotel room lighting a little temperamental. Lights would turn off in shower or toilet

An exceptional property with historical significance, beautifully restored. The rooms were modern and comfortable, and tasteful. The attention to details is remarkable. Special thanks to Ginevra and the wonderful staff who ensured that all our needs were met.

Given that hotel has only just opened softly, the facilities were not yet all complete but this did not detract from our experience. Everything else was perfect and we can't wait to return when it is fully complete.

The location is excellent, but it is in the restricted zone. We came in a rental car (from Tuscany) that we planned to return the same day in Rome. We were able to park temporarily to drop off luggage and the front desk attendant registered our vehicle for the restricted zone. I recommend you email the hotel in advance if you will be arriving by rental car, so they can give you clear instructions on what to do. The breakfast was good and the best part was that it was fully serviced - not a help-yourself buffet. The breakfast was included in the price. The rooms are well-appointed and beautiful. You have to check out the 2nd floor, it is absolutely gorgeous. We would definitely return to this hotel. It was overall very lovely.

My only complaint is that the room service menu is very limited, the food portions are tiny, and the cost is exorbitant. We did not want to go out for dinner on our last night and were hoping to order room service. I was shocked to find out that the room service menu barely had anything on it and the prices were crazy. We ordered whatever we could and it tasted good, but this aspect definitely can be improved.

The property is little historical find which has been nicely restored to the current needs. The staff are friendly and professional and they go way out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable with the stay . Tiny things matters and they gave attention to it . The room is an absolute comfort haven. We stayed at a junior suite which had a view to the garden and we had a quiet peaceful sleep at night. The hotel has a spa and sauna facilities which we didn’t get to use but had a quick peek at it . This hotel is a gem and is situated close to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps . I cannot recommend more

Nothing at all

The exceptional accommodations set in a historical place, the service, and the People of Palazzo Talìa all made it the greatest stay we've ever had in any hotel, period. Daniele and his colleagues at the reception desk gave their utmost best to cater to our needs and requests, from a pharmacy order to a last minute private tour of the Galleria Borghese. Michaele and his colleagues at the bar and restaurant offered Michelin level cocktails, drinks and service, all met by the quality of dishes of Chef Marco Coppola. The stay exceeded our expectations on all points. We highly recommend the tour of the property with Miss Angelica, who was able to guide us through the history of the Palazzo and the intent and ideas behind the renovation. Absolutely fantastic. We feel like we found a Home away from Home and will absolutely be returning to Palazzo Talìa. A. & K. Questiaux

Nothing.

The hotel was in an old, historical building. They had done a wonderful job with the remodel! We ate at the restaurant and had wonderful meals. We also enjoyed the patio area. The rooms were comfy and spacious. It was close to lots of sites!

The lighting was a little tricky but did figure it out. The pool and spa wasn't complete so we weren't able to enjoy that. With grandkids and the hot weather, we were hoping to have that option...next time!

This hotel is fabulous. It’s charming, with an impeccable modern twist. The decor is sympathetic to the buildings history, but is vibrant and unique. We loved the space!

There is NOTHING not to like.
