My husband and I had a great stay at the Pantheon Inn. The location is par to none - We loved the Pantheon neighborhood and the inn was right around the corner from an intimate street of delicious restaurants. The bathroom was a great size and we had a turn-over service in our bedroom every day. The street outside is not quiet enough to keep the window open at night with walkers-by and the occasional car roaring down the narrow street, but it was still a very quiet area considering we were in the middle of Rome.

The bed was hard and not our favorite; it was very hard and not comfortable, with a very thin sheet as the top cover. The air conditioning unit stopped working one afternoon and when we asked the reception, he did not know how to fix it and said "we will be comfortable with just the fan" - we were not. The next night was a different receptionist and that man did know how to restart the system so that the air conditioning worked.

We had unexpected airline troubles with which the staff greatly assisted beyond the call of duty. We loved our time there and plan on staying next time in Rome.

There are other Pantheon name related lodgings nearby. We had booked ahead but had trouble finding this one which included bad directions from people we asked. Not sure how to correct other than making sure to have specific directions. In the end it was well worth the initial frustration. The staff was welcoming and accommodating.

Staff could not be more helpful. Kuldeep (sorry if I misspelled it) was extremely pleasant and went out of his way to help make our short visit memorable. 5 star service at a three star price. Nice rooftop terrace. Great location 100 yards from the Pantheon, 10 minutes from the Trevi Fountain. Pro tip-go to both of these popular sites early so they are not crowded!

Lots of stairs and a small elevator. Fine for us, but would be a challenge for a mobility impaired person-especially because, for example, there are stairs to the breakfast room after you exit the elevator. Expected in an old (but cool) building.

Loved how close it was to the Pantheon and walkable to just about everything in Rome. Breakfast each morning was great. The room A/C needed some work, especially in the heat of the summer. The room was adequate but just a bit on the small side.

If you can't handle stairs, this might be a problem. There is an elevator which helped with luggage, but you still need to climb 4-5 steps before getting on it as well as a few once getting off on the third floor. The chairs on the terrace needed cushions and tended to snag your clothes but was a nice quiet area to relax and enjoy the view and bells of the city.

Perfect location in an old beautiful building

I booked a room with a terrace I even had proof after I booked It and was told that room was already taken. Just make sure you contact them to clarify this before you go. Just false advertising.

We booked a pick up from the Rome airport for 4 of us with 5 pieces of luggage. We were met on time by a friendly man with a big comfortable vehicle that accommodated us and our luggage well. The price was quite fair. The gentlemen at the front desk were very kind and helpful, and they were there 24 hours. They helped with our ride back to the airport too, and helped us with our baggage. The breakfast was great- plentiful and fresh with lots of meats fruits and fresh pastries, yogurt and more...great coffee machine...yummy! Room and bathroom were good size, especially the bathroom...nice outdoor patio in our room, also coffee maker....hotel was close to many major sights...We had a great time

only complaint is the mattress-please change it for a new one!

Loved being in a historic building with a story — Garibaldi! The courtyard was beautiful — revealed after entering thru huge wooden doors on a wee side street around the back of the Pantheon. The details of my room, like the patterned ceiling and windows with working shutters were gorgeous: Found it all a little too RED when I came in, so customized by removing synthetic bedspread and replacing it with pretty cotton comforter in wardrobe. Also, extra pillows. The bed wasn’t most comfy ever, but fine. And many streaming options on TV. The bathroom was clean, with nice large towels, good shower, toilet and bidet. Having AC was a treat since it was quite hot when I arrived, but opened windows next morning ( no bugs!). The location was great for exploring. Staff was friendly and helpful — especially when the car I’d hired didn’t show up. Kind gentleman at the front desk got me a taxi when they were exceedingly thin on the ground and the driver was someone I’ll use next time I’m in Rome. Best surprise? Amazing breakfast! Lots of variety— both sweet and savory — and the first hard boiled eggs I had in Italy without having to pay extra for them. All in a sweet little room up half a flight of stairs kept impeccably tidy with great friendly service — the young woman efficiently cleared and cleaned each table as soon as it was vacated, but I felt welcome to stay as long as I wanted and she patiently explained the different varieties of cornetti to me when I couldn’t come up with any kind of approximation of the Italian for “filling”.😊 Be aware that there are lots of steps and a Very small elevator I only felt justified using when schlepping my luggage. If you have mobility issues, know there are also stairs ( lovely, wide, marble?) to get to the elevator. But for me, I was very happy Not to be in an American chain outpost by the airport. Had only one night to spend in Roma this time and the Pantheon Inn gave me a perfect home base from which to do so. Grazie!

Well, If you’re asking— some of the furnishings ( black vinyl couch) seemed out of place in those surroundings

Staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Nice surprise our room was ready upon early arrival. Staff booked us a shuttle from hotel to airport the day we left. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious (staff in breakfast room was so friendly and accommodating as well). Room size was great (thank you for the upgrade), location was really great, loved the quaintness of the hotel.

Not much! Very different than hotels we are used to in the USA but that's what made it so special. Had a bit of a difficult time finding the hotel but that's because we're not used to the European streets and buzzing into the hotel inside those big doors! ;o)

The cleanliness of the rooms and surrounding, very friendly staff very accommodating special shout out to Roberto the manager arranging our transportation from the airport to the Pantheon Inn and also from the Pantheon inn to the port where we catch the Norwegian cruise and also back to the airport after the cruise!!Made our 2 days stayed in Rome stress free no worries about transport back and forth from the airport and hotels! Breakfast is included and good!Good communication with Roberto answering our questions through chat before our trip and after!

The lift was small and a lot of stairs hard to get to the room for seniors! Other than that we are very happy for the 2 days we stayed here!
