Location was excellent, we were able to walk everywhere. Plenty of food and drinks around every corner, along with most of the sights being 5-15 min walk away. Breakfast was great and there was an array of small bites to choose from. Clean common area and room. The small convenience store across the street was nice. Felt very safe and the street was nice and quiet, as well as the building. All the workers were very nice and accommodating. Very glad we stayed here.

The shower was a bit small for my husband. There are a few floors to climb so if you have a lot of luggage, be aware the elevator is small and may take some trips.

+ the location: close to everything: Pantheon around the corner, as well as 2 churches with wonderful Caravaggios, close to the Capitolean Museum, Forum Romanum, walking distance to Castel San Angelo, Camp Fiori & Trastevere, Quirininale + easy to reach from the railway station (express bus 40) + (surprisingly) really quiet + the balcony with view of the Pantheon is much bigger & better than on the booking.com photos, watching the sunset from the balcony with a crodino (or smth else) is just great + breakfast with an impressive selection of fruits and vegetables, very good croissants, plus: you can order omlette, scrambled eggs … + extremly nice and helpful staff

Excellent location and view of the Pantheon. Comfortable bed and great breakfast. Spacious room. Friendly staff, specially Morena, who prepares breakfast every morning.

The acoustic isn't good. We could hear perfectly the guest in the next room snoring all night. I had to use earplugs. I would not recommend it for light sleepers.

The location is perfect. Beautiful, spacious rooms. Hotel staff are so friendly. Close to the Pantheon, restaurants and an easy access to all of the sites.

Marika was wonderful, keeping in touch ahead of our arrival, incredibly welcoming, and very accommodating letting us sit in the breakfast area and charge our phones ahead of our late night flight. The room was excellent - very clean and comfortable (even in the 30+ degree heat). The cold buffet breakfast provided a good start to the day and staff were very welcoming. As a lactose intolerant vegetarian I still had plenty of options! The location is superb. We were able to easily walk everywhere (Pantheon, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.) and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. We'll definitely book in again next time we're traveling to Rome.

We found ourselves within walking distance of all the major attractions, making our sightseeing effortless. The delicious breakfast, served punctually and offering a wide variety of options, was the perfect way to start each day. Overall, our experience was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the attentive staff, prime location, and top-notch amenities. We can't wait to return.

A little gem right in the centre of Rome! Location was superb. It was within walking distance of all the main attractions. Staff were so nice. A special shout out to David( reception) who was so friendly and answered all our questions. Family room was so spacious and so clean. All you needed in the room. So quiet at night. Breakfast was just lovely. I cannot recommend this place enough. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it. Beautiful, comfortable, clean accommodation right in the centre of Rome. The room was airy and simple, our balcony cosy with a great city view. Breakfast was simple, but perfect, with excellent coffee. You can even order eggs! The location of the guest house was secluded, yet easy to find and close to many attractions such as 10 min walk from Trevi fountain, 3 min walk from the Pantheon, 10 minutes walk from the monument to Vittorio Emanuele II, and very close to many bus lines!

We had the unlucky surprise one day to find the elevators not working, and had to walk 4 flights of stairs, luckily, with no luggage! That was the only down point!

Large rooms with an excellent location. Even though it was in the centre of town, it was quiet at night. The breakfast and the breakfast staff was excellent.

The advice we got from the reception staff about getting a taxi to the Vatican wasn't very good and we almost missed our tour. Be warned that it can be difficult to get a taxi in the morning. They could use better signage both on the street and up to the floor in the building where the hotel is located. There are more than one hotel in the same building on different floors.
