My wife and I enjoyed a 5 night stay at Penta Luxury House for our anniversary in April. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped, with a small fridge, ensuite bathroom, and a comfortable bed. The air-conditioning was excellent. The only negative was the TV, which only had 3 Italian channels. The room was also smaller than I expected from the photos. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and provided us with plenty of information and advice on navigating the many attractions Rome has to offer. The housekeeper made up our room every day, with fresh towels made available daily. The location was great, in a quieter end of the city, with a walk of approximately 15 minutes to Vatican City, and 20 minutes to the busier part of the city including the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. The walks are well worth it as it allowed us to see more of this beautiful city. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Penta Luxury House, and hope to return in the future.

We got to the property and hour before check in but the room was ready and so we completed self check in which was super easy. The property is situated very close to Lepanto metro station and not far from the Vatican. It is a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The room was immaculate and the staff were super friendly, refreshments, towels etc were replenished daily. The room was really lovely and excellent value for money. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Rome, especially because you get to see so much on your walk to and from the big attractions each day.

Nothing could have made our stay any better, truly one of the loveliest places I’ve ever stayed.

The location was absolutely fantastic. It was only a 20-25 minute walk to the main centre if we wanted to go in, or there were buses right beside the apartment to get aswell. It is also only a 5 minute walk away from the metro which was super handy! The area in which Penta house is in is brilliant. There are so many shops, restaurants, bars, markets etc right beside it. It made going out for dinner and drinks at night time very easy. The room was very clean, very comfortable and the workers were so lovely and welcoming. Even on our last day, our flight wasn’t until late at night and we wanted to go out exploring during the day. It was no problem for us to leave our bags at the accommodation for the day and we knew that they would be safe, which put our minds at ease and we didn’t have to carry suitcases around the city all day! Highly recommend this accommodation!

We loved everything!

Lovely apartment in a quiet, residential area but still close to the city centre and only a short walk from the Vatican. Maurice was extremely helpful and gave us good tips on places to visit and where to eat and he was very helpful on how to book the shuttle bus back to the airport. Any queries were promptly answered and even though the reception is not manned full time, you can text at any time and receive a reply straight away. There are lots of bars and restaurants close by and plenty of shops too. Rooms are serviced every day and a complimentary tray with water, snacks etc is restocked daily. A perfect base for a perfect stay in Rome, would definitely return.

The location was wonderful, given the option of walking to all main tourist attractions or taking the metro or bus, but also has lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. It was very clean, and all the staff was very kind and friendly. The building was also very nice, giving it a special touch.

I had to work for a few days from the room and for some calls I could not turn on my camera because the internet connection was not stable. But other than that, it was a great experience and when back in Rome I would not doubt staying there again.

The appartment is on a rather quiet street. The host gave us perfect instructions, didn't have any issues with checking in or out. The location is great. 15-30mins walk from places of interest, small shopping street & several grocery stores within 5-10mins. We happened to visit Rome during August, so it was very hot outside. We were very happy about the AC and mini fridge in the room. The room itself was clean and pleasant. Pillows were not to my liking as they were rather big/high and but thats personal preference (maybe an idea to have lower/smaller pillows available).

The shower door is bit funny, due to smaller size of bathroom there isn't much space for it to open. I don't think i have anything actually bad to say, our stay was pleasant. :)

Excellent location less than 5 mins walk from Lepanto Metro station, a safe and quiet area but with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. There was a lift which was useful. 10-15 mins from Vatican City. Staff were very helpful, very easy check-in with codes provided for self check in. Check out is at 10am but our flight was in evening, so it was really useful to be able to leave our bags behind the desk until it was time to leave, since the entrance to the building and guest reception are all secure. There is even access to a toilet in the reception area.

The room was fine, but a bit basic. Some pictures on the walls would make it more inviting. The shower was very tiny.

The location was excellent. Far enough away from the tourist traps in order to eat exceptional foods at a better price (ie a pizza in the Piazza Novana was nearly 20 euro, but only half the cost in this location). Very close to the Vatican, and close enough to the main sights to walk. The room was clean and water and nibbles were provided daily which was super lovely. All in all, a good stay.

The I had room may be just a touch small, however, when in Rome, you won't be spending much time in your room anyway. It's a pity that quiet enjoyment of the building's outside area was forbidden, but understandable from the resident's perspective. Note that the city tax is payable on top of the room rate. That's something I had forgotten about.

Loved the location and the safe feeling in the neighborhood. It was very quiet, but there were great cafes nearby and everything was easy and safe to walk to. I had no issues grabbing taxis to get around either. The doorman was very helpful and the entire staff was very responsive via WhatsApp. I had a wonderful experience!

The room was a bit small, but it really was all I needed for the two nights in town. The space was clean and I was surprised to have had cleaning service each day! It was a nice perk!

Fantastic location with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. The staff was very friendly and the place was spotless. Overall, it had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, making for a comfortable stay

The shower felt a bit cramped, and I noticed that the bottom of the shower door wasn’t sealed properly, allowing water to leak onto the floor. It required using extra towels to keep the area dry. Fixing the seal would definitely enhance the overall experience
