Perfect location and cute and small good enough for my friend and me

Breakfast Restaurant just 15m across the road, very pleasant. The menu gives you a sandwich as well which we took with us for lunch! Location is excellent, 2 mins from Spanish Steps and 10 mins from Trevi Fountain. Area is upmarket with a lot of designer shops, Chanel, D +G etc and there are a lot of restaurants in the area. It is touristy and despite being October everywhere was pretty busy. We had a room at the back which was very quiet.

Breakfast was Italian, sweet pastry, coffe, etc. nice small buffet, next door to the appartment. it offers breakfast also to other guests, so it is highly possible that you should wait for table... apartment is nice, clean, with big bathroom and jacuzzi.

apartment is small, it is adopted room in the old building. not so much space for furniture, corner of the bed is in the midlle of the room, the right place to get a bruise... windows are small and don't have nice view..

Location is the best, and the breakfast is amazing.

The open bathtub included in the room isn’t t practical and you can’t take a normal shower. I had to cover and get out of the May to take a shower so as not to make the room wet. Not for families in this case.

The location was perfect! I would stay there again but probably choose a larger room.

I prefer to have a proper bathroom when I am away and would rather not have the wash basin in the bedroom. We also had to buy some plastic cups if we wanted to have a drink in the room and didn't want to drink out of the bottle. Usually glasses are provided, even if just for cleaning your teeth.

Location is great, the bathroom was amazing, breakfasts were very nice.

The room was humid and the ac didn’t help much with that. The toilet is very small.

The location, the comfort of the room, the hotel Netflix account in the room, the comfort of the beds and. OMG, the Jacuzzi Tub!! It was superb!! After 25,000 steps, I was happy to soak in it. Breakfast is not to miss. We had it at a bar across the steet and it was really nice. I'm already looking to book for next year.

Fantastic location close to the Spanish steps, Via de Corsa Breakfast at La Bruvette across the road from iRooms. Querky room, powerful shower.

Toilet lacked an extractor fan. No receptionist after 1pm.

Affordable and centrally located. The front desk staff person was super helpful and thoughtfully provided me with written directions to take the subway to the airport. A/C was nice and strong, room stayed cool.

Leaky fixtures in the bathroom and some general disrepair in the bathroom itself.

Great location, walkable distance to everything. Also good sized room which is rare in Rome! Was great value for money for a place in the centre
