Such a great location, rooms were comfortable the pillows were really good. Great price for the location.

Room is a little small but this does not matter unless you are planning to spend your time in Rome in the hotel! Overall, nothing to fault. Ignore the negative reviews, I think they are just looking for some money back!

The whole place is really clean and well maintained. They change our towels and clean the room everyday. The location is the best. We were surprised how close it it to most of the tourist attraction. Also the bus going to the airport is literally 1 minute from the property. The staff is super friendly, we were not able to say goodbye and thank u for his kindness bc we overslept :( They’re all very friendly and helpful! Overall, It was a pleasant stay. :) We kind of expected the worst when it comes to the “cleanliness” from the reviews but it was not like that at all.

The internet for sure. Haha! Please relocate the router. We often stay at the breakfast area for the better connection.

Overall location is good, very close to Vatican, some groceries around and etc. A little bit far from the main part of the city, but, as I said, for this value price it is ok.

Maybe it is not about property overall, but about booking set up. This is Bed and Breakfast, but without breakfast :) maybe you need to delete those pictures from the pictures on booking. And also city tax doesn’t included in the price - you will pay 7 euro per person per night. Also good to mention this - because final price indeed differs.

Even though we went to the booked room the second day, the room had enough space for 2 people and our things. The bed was comfy. It also has a lot of bus stops around the corner for ever place at Rome. Everyone was nice, friendly and always available to help.

The fact that we had to change rooms was a little bit disturbing because we had to unpack and pack our things twice but it was worth it eventually! We also had to ask to change our towels because it has been 3 days and even though they cleaned the room, the didn’t change the towels, but they were immediately available to solve it.

The room was really clean and it has a really good temperature inside, without having the air condition open. It also has a truly good location, near to all means of transport to everywhere.

I was in the room number 6 and i have not good WiFi connection. Really bad signal. The connection was better outside this room.

The place is surprisingly nice. The staff who helped us in our stay is very kind and helpful. The room is very comfortable, very clean, it’s always being cleaned every day as well as the washroom. The size of the room is good enough to move around when preparing our outfit of the day. The ambience of the room is cool. The bed and duvet and pillows are clean, comfy and new. There is no bad smell and the heater is working good as well. The area is quiet. No too much noise from outside. The location is easy to be located and it’s not confusing to find the building. The location is accessible to the places we wanted to visit. I and my sister loved the place and might book the same next time we visit with our mom and family. This place is awesome! Highly recommended!

Nothing I didn’t like. Maybe just the tv channels to find english speaking channel but it’s not a big deal.

Handy location and great stay. Ended up getting Heat Stroke and the staff were very helpful. They went above and beyond to whilst I was sick. Aside from that loved our stay and found the location super handy. Walking distance to Vatican or the fountain. We often choose to ride e-bikes too.
