First off, it's a great location, close to the Cavour metro station and a 10minute walk to the colosseum. The hotel is small but cozy, the rooms are comfortable enough and seem recently renovated. I also liked the multi-coloured lights going on in the bathroom, never seen that before! The rooms were clean and stuff that not all hotels provide, like slippers, toothbrush/paste, etc.. was all provided. When we arrived we received a bottle of prosecco as a welcome gift, which is a very nice gesture but a few minutes later we also got some free wine and snacks, that's great service! Also plus points for the girl at the desk, she was really friendly and kind!

Only bad thing I can say is that there was some noise coming inside, but not enough that we had issues sleeping.

We loved the Welcome wine & snacks, the daily breakfasts and wonderful coffee, the comfortable bed & pillows and the wonderful spa tub!!! It was all so nice to experience with our action packed days in Rome! Thank you to the awesome staff for taking such good care of us. We have already recommended the hotel to others.

It would have been nice to get a pot of that wonderful coffee and have access to a microwave for warming up take away food. The spa tub was wonderful but using the shower caused water to leak on the floor. We felt bad for those who had to clean it up.

The staff were exceptional. My wallet was stolen, and the staff went out of their way to help us contact the credit card companies to cancel my cards. They were friendly, answered our questions, and provided prompt service. The hotel is well located near the central train station and the metro. The air conditioner was top notch which we appreciated as we found it hot in Rome.

The bathroom was modern, but very small, especially the shower.

We were met by very friendly staff who took time to tell you about the city. The rooms are modern and clean. Access is easy via keycards on main doors. The location is 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum. Lots of lovely restaurants local to the B&B. Breakfast was ok to start your day but don’t expect full English. We were even given a free bottle of wine and a glass of champagne on arrival.

Everything was amazing and you cannot complain for the cost of the rooms.

Nice little hotel in a great location. it was about 10 minutes to the Colosseum and 10 minutes to the main train station. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. We arrived late and the self check in was easy with clear instructions. The staff was very friendly. They arranged transfers for us. We were able to order breakfast to our room which we thought was a great added value. The room was comfortable and clean.

When the sofa bed is in use, it limits the space as the room is long, but quite narrow. This was not that big a deal for us as we were only there to sleep.

A great little B&B in a perfect location for exploring Rome. Very quiet in the building, never heard anyone coming or going. We got our breakfast every morning for a low cost and it was a fantastic breakfast delivered to your room. Even had our washing done for only €15 and back to us 24hrs later in time for our next stop on our holiday.

The location is very convenient if you're getting to Rome by train. At the same time you can easily reach the most city center's sightseeings by foot. The staff I could interact with, either online or at the hotel, was helpful and friendly.

There is no breakfast room, so the breakfast is served directly in the room. The bathroom is rather small.

Location was good, in walking distance to most attractions and close to main train station. The staff where friendly and attentive and gave us a great overview of the city. The rooms where clean and as described, having breakfast in the room was a bonus. Definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel was lovely very close to all the main sites, staff were super friendly, the room was lovely and we received complimentary drinks on arrival. For the price we paid this was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. The room was exceptionally clean and with a great A/C that you can control. Good value for a short stay. Many options for dinning within walking distance.

The shower is the typical corner shower that you find in a cruise, in other words very small. The is no dinning room, therefore breakfast is served in the room. The rooms are adequate but rather small.
