Loved the location.So central.Colleseum and Roman Forum only up the road.Close to good restaurants. Great shower Great safe in room Modern Spacious room. Great air conditioning. Nice to have the option to have a Bellini in the morning for breakfast and lovely to eat outside. Staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Got our dressing gowns on the second night. Breakfast was a little limited and breakfast plates were very small and so were the tables. Eggs weren't cooked well on one morning. The phone in the room that was meant to give you information and contact the hotel didn't work. Didn't like the bedside light switches,very bright and there was also bright light flashing on the ceiling that was quite distracting. These were all small things that I just want to mention but didn't take away from our great stay.

It's a quite tiny boutique hotel, only 12 rooms. Despite being located in the lively street, the room was very quite. Room felt smaller than in the pictures. There's an elevator in the hotel, which is very appreciated in Rome. The room was clean, and the bed was cozy. Bathroom was nice and comfortable. I loved the small cookies left every evening in the room with a good night wish, it was a nice touch. The breakfast was good - but it's not a buffet breakfast. You choose your eggs, and everything else is brought to the table. It was a bit unusual, but the breakfast was good and satisfying. I'd like to give a shoutout to the girl who served the breakfast - she was amazing. Also, the rooftop bar is good to chill out after a long day in Rome. The location is very good - it's 10 min walk to Coloseo, and about 25 min to Trevi. The streets around are full with good restaurants (I especially recommend Sciue Sciue which is located just below the hotel) and wine bars.

I've expected a bit more from a 4-star hotel, mainly on a small touches: the toiletry was not replaced, there was no spare toilet paper roll, no vanity kit. More places to hand towels would be appreciated. Hand towels' hangers were loose. One day the cleaner left some of the bed linen in the room. I've expected a more "stylish" room based on the pictures and the price - in reality the design was minimal, the colored wall. All these are small things, but the expectations were built based on the hotel profile and pictures.

Incredible air conditioning, extremely comfortable bed/pillows, and size of the room was quite large. Included breakfast was delicious. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to store our luggage on both sides of the stay. Steps from the metro (Cavour) and delicious restaurants.

Neither of these things were a problem for us, but for future travelers' awareness: the rooftop bar shares a staircase with the hotel, and there is a very lively nightlife scene right across the street. We did not find this to be a hindrance, but there was a bit of noise each night as we were winding down. Also, the shower glass is open to the room (it is not part of the bathroom) -- heads up for any friends traveling together.

Lovely boutique hotel located in central Rome but not surrounded by throngs of tourists; myTALE is a perfect spot for the seasoned Rome traveller. My room was huge and well appointed; trendy yet with all the modern conveniences and a lovely spa bath/shower A big shoutout to the lovely staff, especially Federico and the lovely woman at breakfast from El Salvador; their service and friendliness is commendable

My room overlooked Piazza degli Zingari and at night, the crowd is a little noisy so if you choose to stay, best to select a room at the back of the hotel.

Amazing little hotel. Located just 10 min from Colosseum and 15 min walk for the main train/bus station (Roma termini). Surrounded by many little restaurants so it's really convenient if you had a long day to just grab some pizza or pasta 2-10 min from your room (including little ice cream shop just opposite of the hotel). Even though it's very busy during the day, it was very quiet during the night. Rooms are well equipped and very clean! Loved the fact we got robes and slippers. Breakfast was great! Many options - from different types of eggs, salmon and avocado and pastries off course. And finally hotel personnel. I have never been in a place where stuff is so friendly and helpful but highly professional. They made us feel really welcomed. Whatever we needed, they got it even before we asked. I cannot recommend this cute little hotel enough!

Great location in Monti neighborhood near the colosseum/Roman ruins. Newer hotel with comfortable beds, nice bathroom (provide bathrobe/slippers), and very quiet as was in a room with an outer door as well. Has an elevator but easy to take the stairs. Near the Cavour metro stop. Very nice area away from the crowds of historic center. 15-20 min. metro ride to Vatican city or Spanish Steps. 10 min walk to Colosseum/ruins; 14 min Victor Emmanuel monument. Breakfast was sit down/order from a menu (coffee, juice, breads, omelet, yogurt). Staff were friendly and very helpful.

The staff was amazing and really helpful. We checked in at 12 - which was amazing, and also answered any questions we had. Kept asking us if we needed anything and if everything is ok. Room looks new and was really clean. The room came with bathroom kits for man/woman and also robes and slippers.

The breakfast is A la carte and we found it a bit dull. The portions were small and not all dished tasted great. The glass shower was inside the space of the room, and not the space of the bathroom, and it did not have a door. So it was rather cold during the shower (even though there were of course hot water and everything).

This is a first class boutique hotel in the middle of Monti where you can eat with the locals at a great price..We'd especially like to mention two of the staff here. Eva the receptionist who was lovely to deal with and gave us plenty of info and the cook who made delicious breakfasts where we ate on the rooftop in lovely surroundings and great music. The wifi was fast. The amenities were excellent and great attention to detail. The lift was a bonus as not all hotels come with lifts. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

The service in this hotel is extraordinary. Prior to our arrival we received a message from Giorgio who welcomed us to our stay and made sure to answer all our questions before the stay. When we arrived in Rome, we met Giorgio in the reception and he was even kinder than we expected. Helped us out with booking taxis and some great recommendations on places to visit and eat. We could not have wished for a better host. The rooms are clean and quiet. The area is beautiful and within walking distance from all “must sees”.

This is a great accommodation in Rome It has good wi-fi, delicious breakfast, amazing staff (like super super friendly and helpful, kudos to that!) and it's greatly located! basically, it's walking distance from any important objective in Rome. The rooms are clean. The downsides are stated below, but they are not blockers. I would stay there again if travelling to Rome. it's just not a 10/10 location, that's it

It's a bit pricey for a 4 stars hotel and you would expect to get at least a mini-bar or a bottle of water on a daily basis. Anyway, water was given from the bar when requested, so I must mention that the staff is paying attention to the needs. The area is noisy during evenings, as there's some cocktail bars around and a lot of people hanging around for some drinks and if you're staying on the third floor, the rooftop situated above will give you headaches because you can hear every step. Luckily, the staff was super kind and agreed to change our room for one on the 2nd floor. Other than that (which anyway the staff cannot control), no bad vibes about this hotel
