The Best about this hotel is it's location and reception staff! Very attentive, caring and helpful. Also all the ladies at breakfast are so lovely and caring! Nice coffee for breakfast. There is an elevator and baby stroller fits inside. The street where the hotel is located is just superb! Just 2 minutes walking distance is till nice supermarket (Meta) where you can buy fresh fruits and water for reasonable price. About 8 minutes walk till Colloseum. Just around the corner there is a fantastic place owned by a couple from Korea with authentic Korean food - Starbaps. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The room was cleaned quite OK. I wish only for a more comfortable pillow, as the pillow I had was very hard (as well as the bed). There is a metro under the hotel and you can hear the train.

Hotel staff were brilliant GiGi , Lorenzo and Vergilio. They were very warm and friendly and gave us really good economical travelling advices elaborating it on maps. Our room was cleaned everyday. We didn't have any problems and they looked after us really well. It was a nice size room for a family of four. Breakfast comes with the stay. Excellent choice of food for breakfast and you get to chose between outside on a balcony or in shade. The location was brilliant. Colosseum is 10 minutes walk and one can actually see from the first set of traffic lights from the hotel . Trevi is 20 minutes walk. Really nice Resturants on the streets behind the hotel and a gelato shop 2 minutes walk . Termini station is also close by and a 10 minute walk. We loved it so much and I think hotel staff had a great role to play in it.

Recommended! Staff very very friendly and HELPFUL! Very good approach to the clients. They will help you with everything. We were travelling 2+2 + the dog, the room was for 4 but from this what I booked it was supposed to be little bigger. I suppose they gave us smaller because of the dog but all good, staff was very friendly even that we brought the dog. Parking - 5 min walk from the hotel. Location - perfect! Breakfast - very good!

For a family 2+2 + the dog they could have given us a bigger room, but probably they did it in order to have less space to clean:) But all good!

Location is great because it is between Termini station and Colosseum and Forum Romanum. City centre monuments and highlights are in the area of 20-30 minutes walk. The room was small, but the private terrace was amazing. Breakfast is ok, nothing special but always enough food even if you get there 15 minutes before the closing time.

Storage space in the room is not the best, it is very limited. The last few days was colder and we couldn't do anything about that, even though we asked for help. One more important notice is that hotel is in Via Cavour which has Metro line bellow it, so from time to time you can feel it.

Excellent location on Via Cavour which is 10 minutes walk from the rome termini Station. Saves getting bus metro etc. Staff super friendly and helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. Breakfast included. Continental style. Pastries, fruit, eggs, ham cheese yoghurt juice etc. Really substantial. Rooms clean and plenty of hot water. Air conditioning works. Lifts work.

Nothing really. I mean decor is a bit outdated but tbh for the location who cares? You're only sleeping there. It's clean and you get breakfast too.

The location was fantastic, and the room we had although it was small it was at the back of the hotel and it was lovely and quiet. You wouldn't know you were in a city. What really makes this place is the staff, everyone at this hotel can't do enough for you, just so helpful and would definitely stay again.

The breakfast wasn't the best, it would have been nice to have more choice. But there are so many cafes and restaurants near by, so this didn't really bother me and hasn't put me off wanting to book this hotel again.

The location is incredible, there is a Metro roughly 200 meters away meaning travel is easy (watch your entrance though) and I would estimate it being a 5 minute walk to the Coliseum and Roman Forum. The staff were incredibly helpful. we purchased tickets to a AS ROMA game and they ensured we had them printed correctly and shared the best ways of reaching the stadium before and most importantly after the match as the metro closes at 23:30.

I'm a big fan of a few pillows and there was only 3 in the room however once we asked they brought an extra straight to the room. It would of been handy to have a couple more water points to re-fill bottles.

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, we arrived very early to Rome (much earlier than our check in time) and were very hungry! They allowed us to go to the breakfast on our arrival day also for free as well as getting our room done speedily so we could go in ahead of time and have a nap before we began our tourist explorations! They held our bags for us both on arrival and after our stay. The room was cool and comfortable which was very needed after a hot day in Rome. Thank you very much!

The staff was very helpful and corteous, and overall the hotel is comfortable and clean. Breakfast was not extraordinary, but they offered a good variety of options.

Location is quite convenient, in general, and you'll be very close to the Colosseum area. However, other places - such as the Pantheon or Fontana di Trevi - are not so close, and while this poses no problems to those used to walking, it may be unconvenient to others, especially when it is too hot.
