Location was great. About 20 min walk from Termini train station. Would advise getting a taxi as cobbled streets are difficult with luggage. Download the FREENOW App to book taxis. Journey is priced and paid for beforehand so no surprise fees. Close to Trevi Fountain and Colleseum. Cavour stop is just across the road. We had double bed and bunk beds in 2 separate rooms. Double room had ensuite toilet and handbasin. Massimo contacted us on WhatsApp before arrival and was very helpful. Good WiFi. Fridge, freezer, microwave. No problem finding gluten free restaurants, lovely bakery nearby doing breakfast lunch and dinner and a fab selection of pastries, cakes, pasta, pizza and sandwiches. It was called Ciardi.

Only one suggestion- would have liked some extra pillows. We didn't ask for extra so this is not a complaint.

Massimo was the best host. He welcomed us, showed us everything we have to see, warned us to be careful. When we locked ourselves out of the apartment he came within minutes to let us in the aparment. During our stay washing mashine broke down, he went and bought us bowl for washing laundry as well as detergent. We had clean towels every 2 days. The apartment is in such quiet street, excellent restaurant next door, excellent ice cream 20 meters away as well as caffe bar. Collosseo is 5 min walk. Location is excellent we almost didn't have to use public transport. Next time we come to Rome we will book with Massimo again.

Nothing, everything was excellent

We had planned a 6 day stay in Rome at the end of our vacation. The location was right in the center of Rome, a five minute walk to the Colosseum, 15 minute walk to the train station and with walking distance of most of the sights of Rome and many restaurants and bars. The apartment was located in an inner courtyard and was so peaceful and quiet. You couldn’t hear the busy street sounds at all. Massimo, the host was extra helpful and gave us a few local restaurant, gelateria and supermarket recommendations. The place itself was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. WiFi was excellent. Bonus was the cleaning and towel service every other day plus washing machine and drying rack! I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Rome and want a bit more space than a hotel room.

Everything was perfect. Only minor negative was the shower was tiny. It worked perfectly and was fine for us but it may be a problem for a bigger person

We had the apartment in second floor, we were two couples. The apt is very close to the Colosseum (so it is a bit farther walk to Piazza Navona and other tourist attractions but we didn't mind walking). One bedroom had a queen bed, the other was a twin bunk beds. The place was clean, the host Massimo was great and met us at apartment to give us our keys. We arrived early so we were able to leave our luggage and check in earlier which was wonderful. Massimo was helpful with recommendations for restaurants, places to go which was great. Lots of restaurants, cafes and shopping in vicinity. The big plus to this place was two bathrooms! One bedroom had a 1/2 bath in the room and the the other full bath was in common area. Traveling as a couple this was a great bonus for us. The shower was remodeled and had lot of water pressure and both a rain shower and a handheld. Kitchen seemed to have everything but we didn't use it except to put some water in fridge. Overall highly recommend this apartment.

The wifi seemed to be limited to two devices, there were four of us and no more than two of us could ever get connected. The owner should check in on this. Only other thing is pillows weren't too comfortable but this seemed to be a common problem in most places we stayed in Italy.

Firstly, Massimo, the host, is pure gold. He went above and beyond to guide us upon our arrival. He was knowledgeable and passionate about his city of Rome and shared some fantastic suggestions for our stay. The apartment is wonderful, located within a lovely building on a small, unbusy street. It is supplied well, peaceful, and very comfortable. We highly recommend Massimo's apartment. We were able to walk to a variety of restaurants, bakeries and cafes, markets, the Colosseum, and Circo Massimo. Metro is a few steps away and easy to navigate.

Massimo was incredible! He met us to hand over the keys and walked us over to apartment, on the way he showed us some of his favourite places to eat around the area. He was so sweet and accomodating with any questions and helped with anything he could. We travelled with our 18 month old and the room was perfect especially because the apartment is situated with its own little courtyard which made it really easy for our son to run around. The location is amazing especially if you want to see sights and get out of the business of Rome. I would stay here again

Very spacious apartment in an excellent location, literally on doorstep of Colosseum & a pleasant walk to all the other major Roma landmarks with lots of delicious eateries & gelato places en route. Train Station very close plus lots of nice cafes & restaurants close by. Fully equipped apartment has high ceilings, modern decor & very clean in a secure & quiet building in the heart of Ancient Rome. Owned & managed by very nice people, both Daniella & Massimo were very helpful from start to finish. Massimo is exceptional-very friendly, always responsive & genuinely wants to do everything to ensure your stay in Rome is First Class. As a family of four we were very comfortable here & is by far the best place we’ve stayed in Rome. We are already looking forward to our next stay at this apartment-it was brilliant!

The apartment is top notch. My only suggestion to make it even better would be to have 2 single beds instead of the bunk beds in second bedroom.

I absolutely loved our apartment, it was in an amazing area, we walked everywhere from here, it a really safe area too, I would go out in the evenings for a run after the kids collapsed after a full day of exploring and I never felt anything but safe even out at midnight running as a solo female. The apartment was more than enough room for me, my husband and 4 teenagers. The best part of the apartment has to be the host, he is so incredibly kind and very patient. It was our first time in Rome and first time travelling abroad with our children, and our host made it so comfortable and easy for us. If we are ever lucky enough to return we wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. Others have said it lacks utensil but we didn’t notice this, it had everything that we needed, if you are wanting to explore Rome and stay in a lovely quieter part this place is fantastic. It’s also spotless and was cleaned half way through our stay. I was delighted 😁

For us we absolutely loved the apartment, we literally used it from midnight to 9am. It had everything we needed for putting our head down.

The location is amazing. Very central. In the morning, an amazing coffee shop is just around the corner making sure we get good coffee and pastries for breakfast. Massimo was a great host and gave lots of recommendations as needed. We were a large group of 11 divided into 2 apartments. Simple, but nice and functional furniture. Very nicely clean apartments.

To be fair, for the number of people the property accommodates, another shower would be nice. But we knew this beforehand, so it wasn’t a surprise. A suggestion would be to put some sort of structure in the shower to accommodate shampoos/bottles - this would make the shower procedure easier.

Massimo is the best host in Rome, very kind, he gave us tips for excellent restaurants with a reasonable price near the accommodation. The accommodation is excellent, very clean, nothing exclusive but quite enough for normal people, close to the Colosseum and all the sights in the city center, it is possible to visit all the sights on foot without any problems, the metro station is also 5 minutes away on foot. For a stay of a few days very comfortable in an excellent place at a reasonable price.

Nothing, everything was excellent!
