Beautiful facility and exceptional services provided by the welcoming staff! The complementary morning dining was my favorite experience. Having prosciutto, provolone, on toasted sourdough bread with a caffe cappuccino started my day of experiencing Italy a fabulous one. The room we stayed in was cozy and comforting after a long day of adventuring. The cleaning staff always made it look like no one was in the room the night before.

I am not a high maintenance individual, but my only dislike stems from my experience of working out in a gym or fitness facility. I always wipe down my equipment after use. While working out in the hotel's gym, I found a paper towel roll, but not a spray bottle with disinfectant. Just to be considerate, I used the hand sanitizer provided to wipe down the equipment. Not the most ideal way of doing so, but I thought to mention it if there was suppose to by a disinfectant spray.

The hotel is located in a nice area far from the centre. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped and most importantly, clean. The staff are friendly and spoke some English, the breakfast is just ok, too many cakes, the pastries were sweet including the croissants.

Avoid room 102, it's on the ground floor at the entrance of the room's area, it's terribly noisy, staff are preparing coffee all night so can smell burn espresso coffee throughout the night and the noise of crockery. However, in room 106 where family were, it was very nice and calm. The breakfast could be improved.

We had a Junior Suite with a large bed and pull out sofa bed which was already set up when we checked in at 8 PM, what a lovely surprise! The room and bathroom were spacious, beautiful and very classy, including crystal stemwear on the bar. There was a mini-fridge bar option and some snacks for sale in the room as well as a pretty little cafe/bar downstairs in the lobby with a seating area. The breakfast was good, quite a variety of items and coffee service available from the bar. The neighborhood was very hip and busy on Friday night with tons of dining out options. It did not feel too touristy but getting along in English only was not a problem. The fitness room was sufficient and the parking attendants were very nice. I needed to be near an international school in the northern part of the city and my young adult guests wanted to play tourist so this location worked out great for us.

Public transit for my young adult companions was a small challenge but they figured it out.

Excellent room with a nice terrace and amazing bathroom. Vibrant but pleasant area, felt safe even late night. We were really happy with the hotel and will definitely come back.

One single thing: breakfasts are adequate but no more than that. It would be nice if one wouldn't have to pay extra for eggs. Otherwise all was great, but breakfasts are just not worth the price.

Extremely clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and freshened up our room twice a day. Our request for late check out was accepted with no issues. Location is quite far from the centre but very close to a number of restaurants and bars, so great to pop out for dinner or a drink. A few minutes walk from the Swimming/Football Stadium. Very quiet area.

Distance from the centre (but not too bad if you’re happy to catch a bus/tram for 20-30 mins). Air condition temperature couldn’t be changed but the room temperature was comfortable, even in August.

The hotel itself and room are amazing, couldn’t believe how nice it was for for such an affordable price. The room had lots of marble and red draping, felt like a mini Roman palace. The staff was incredibly helpful and the complimentary breakfast and very many and very tasty choices.

The location is far from city center, if that’s what you want (it was kind of nice to be out of the madness) then perfect. But I spent about $60/day just getting to rome and back in a taxi from the hotel.

We were very surprised by how nice the rooms were decorated. We stayed in different rooms on the two nights and both were very nice.

Was not very happy that they charged us extra for one breakfast on the first morning, especially since they did not deduct a breakfast on the second morning since one of the three people did not eat breakfast the second morning.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is 10 minutes from trams to centre (15 minutes by tram). There are number of great restaurants in the area. Staff was very nice and helpful, nice breakfast.

Nothing important. I think that 4stars hotel doesn’t need to have an extra pay for warm breakfast, but maybe it's usual here. And it will be nice to clean the air conditioner in the bathroom from time to time 😉

The breakfast was phenomenal, with everything made on the premises. Fresh food, excellent quality. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was beautiful!

The air conditioning in the rooms never got to a comfortable level. It was difficult to sleep in a room that was so warm. We couldn't get any ice for our room. Americans are used to having ice readily available, so this was not the best for us.

The one night I spent at The River Chateau hotel was very nice and pleasant with caring staff who were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I had a consultation appointment near by so it was in an ideal location for me. The rooms were clean and spacious with all the amenities you needed. The breakfast was also nice. There are plenty of restaurants near by to go to. I went to the bar next to the hotel which does very nice food and drinks.

There wasn't anything i didn't like but if I was really picky then the hotel room I had could of had a better view than just the top of a roof and apartments across the road but as I was only there for one night it wasn't a big deal.
