Room a little small but more than adequate, well presented and nice view from the window. Bathroom was a good size, it was very clean and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was superb!! All staff were very attentive and pleasant. The hotel arranged the taxi to the airport on our departure. As we shared the taxi with room 211 possibly 212 and us room 214 on the 26th May at 9.30 am we felt the fee for transporting 4 persons should have been £70 euros but the taxi charged £130 euros in total which we felt was unreasonable for one trip at the same time. We showed him the hotel tariff from Villa Glori reception desk but the the driver dismissed this and insisted £130 was the price for 2 bookings.

Taxi service - expensive and not the price quoted!

The room was compact and contained lots of useful stuff (kettle, and everything to make a tea, sleepers, toiletries, even razor!, safe for valuables, enough hangers, even pants hangers, huge bathtub, bidet). In the bathroom there was a window with the beautiful view. During the nighttime it was very quite. The personel was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just am-az-ing - buffet with plenty of choices: vegetables, fresh fruits, cold cuts, milk with cereals, jams, pastries, scrambled eggs, sausages, juice, tea, coffee, water. The location was pretty good too, however a bit far away (20 min walk) from the nearest subway station.

Everything was great! When we arrived we were greeted by Luca and I'm using this moment to say a special thanks to him! He was very welcoming and he gave us great recommendations for restaurants and stores nearby! The other lady at the front desk was very nice too (I'm sorry i didn't remember her name). The bed was huge and comfortable, the room was clean and there were a great variety of delicious foods for breakfast. The hotel is very close to a few stops of the public transportation so getting to the city center takes 10 - 15 minutes. A tip - there's a small café across from the hotel - "Allright" - great pasta and great service! Overall we had an amazing time in Rome! When we come back someday we're staying here again for sure!

Can't think of anything!

The neighborhood nice and walking distance to the city centre. Tram 2 often and get you to the Piazza del popolo if you don't feel walking. The room really clean and everyday cleaning

Our room was underground and was smelling a bit of mould. The breakfast room too narrow and often full and waiting for taking your food

Breakfast was ok as I’m good with some yoghurt and cereal. You had good time, from 7 am to 10am. The staff was very polite, friendly and eager to help. A tram to piazza di Popolo was only 1 min away. There were several restaurants and ice-cream bars close to the hotel. The bed and bath were nice, room very clean.

Boiled eggs at breakfast seemed to be old and very hard. For fresh orange juice there was a extra price og 3.50 eur. The rooms were really tiny. I had booked a dobble room with 1 bed (not 2 beds), it turned out to be a bed of 110cm and barely space to go around the bed, the whole room max 4 m2. The staff were helpful to get it changed to a room with a double bed next day, that was ca 8-10m2. But they said that I actually got what I had booked? The size of the bed and the room should be specified on web.

Check in was easy, and Antonio at the front desk was WONDERFUL! He assisted with a joyful heart and answered any questions that we had throughly. The accommodations were small but clean, and the location was good. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay.

Walls were a little thin. We received a noise complaint for a conversation that we considered normal.

I lived many years in Roma, and return often, for work and to visit friends. Set back from the cauldron of the city centre, in the marvellous Flamino quarter (with excellent tram connection to major attractions), this is my base from now on. In a quiet cul-de-sac, with wonderful & helpful staff, lovely small gardens to the rear - all you could ask for. Ed Vulliamy, The Guardian.

The room is ok size for Europe and comfortable, the bathroom is modern and comfortable. The personnel was amazingly helpful, friendly and warm every time we had any contact with them. The breakfast was great the food was very good, good variety and plenty/

Is not located in the most touristic parts of Rome, but on the other hand is quiet and very nice calm neighborhood. With e-scooters we were able to visit Rome's main touristic attractions. There is a tram that takes you directly to Piazza di Spagna.

Good location to visit the historic sites but far enough away to get some down time Decent, comfortable hotel, and very good value for money given that it is Rome ! Attentive, professional staff. Good breakfast choices Some nice ristorante on the street or within 2 minutes walk.

Only fault was with the shower - water escaping from the cabinet.
