Very helpful host who keeps the B&B in great order. The location does require a little walking from the main sites but completely doable with good shoes and plenty of pasta. Great for anyone who likes to explore tourist attractions (plus a little more) and what I would consider a fairly authentic experience of what it means to live like a Roman. All in all great spot!

Sweet small set up, so there was attention to details. It was very clean! It was outside the main tourist areas of Rome and so had a neighbourhood feel and quiet at night. Still within walking distance of restaurants and the sights. The hosts were helpful before, during and after the stay.

Everything was perfect, beautiful area, room with a lovely balcony, very clean, quiet area, walking distance to the city center so if you like to walk you don't have to use a public transport, lovely and tasty breakfast, Simone is a very pleasant, kind, helpful person....so you get all what you need to enjoy your stay in a beatufil Rome, thank you Sweet Home Parioli for a lovely stay

Nice and cozy, personal attention. frsh coffee and orange juice every day. good internet connection for work. Great location close to Villa Borghese, supermarket close by.

Superb property in a really safe location. Room with great finishing and good isolation, comfortable Air Con and fan. Good Italian breakfast, fresh orange juice. The owner is a really welcoming person.

Fresh croissant or home made cake would be the cherry on the cake.

The location was great! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood in Rome with easy access to public transport. The host is friendly and helpful. Great room with terrace. Super clean and comfortable. So nice to come back to after a day of walking and sightseeing.

No complaints. I will definitely come back and recommend to friends. Short walk to the beautiful Villa Borghese. Grocery store around the corner as well as restaurants and cafes

Excellent location, in a walking distance from the center of Rome with all the sightseeing places. The room was clean and ready for us at 11 o`clock, which is earlier than most of the hotels accept their guests.

The breakfast offer seemd too sweet, only a variety of different sweet bread, muffins and pies. It would have been nice if some cheese, meat or sausage slices were available.

The host was very friendly and welcoming! The room included a simple but very nice breakfast-mainly sweets. The room is a 35-40 min easy walking distance from the city but also has a bus just outside that gets you straight to the Vatican. The definition of value for money!

The owner is very helpful, he makes your staying as if you stay with your family.

Late check-in, but solved it and didn't pay for it. Also a little bit expensive for an hotel apartment, but at the end I liked it very much.

Location is nice, comfy bed and the room and bathroom were large enough and very clean. The owner is nice too (very polite), will advise on what to do and where to go and the breakfast is satisfying.
