Breakfast was amazing, the bathroom was very comfortable size and spacious. The only sugestion was the sofa bed for my daughters. The room has space available to include to beds instead of the sofa bed.

The location is in a good neighborhood but requires take a taxi o public transportation to the main attractions of Rome.

Our suite was exceptional - clean, airy and very comfortable - and worth paying a little extra for. Staff were all excellent - especially the front desk team and the waiters. Breakfast area is atmospheric and very well laid out with pictures of Rome projected onto all the walls - and the quality and choice for breakfast was amazing. The roof top terrace bar is a must - fantastic views, great for sundowners drinks and nightcaps - and the one meal (lunch) we had there was first class. Hotel also provide a courtesy bus which drops you near to the Spanish steps.

Shame there is no pool.

The breakfast area was amazing! Delicious high quality food. The front desk was also very helpful in helping us order taxis. We ordered a room with two beds and it was a large area split into two rooms. I hadn’t seen that before but it was very nice! At night I walked alone to a nearby restaurant with no issues. My family and I also tried the restaurant in the hotel. It was pricey but nice to have.

During checkout the taxi we had reserved apparently hadn’t been called by the front desk person the night before. Luckily the person who assisted us that morning helped us get a new one. Also, during checkout they stated that the supposed complimentary water wasn’t free? That was very odd to us. They made us sign up to a blu membership. I don’t know if we just decided to pay for it. This is a very nice looking hotel but I’m not a fan of surprise costs. Especially since every other hotel in Europe offered free waters in rooms without signing up to anything.

Very lovely and helpful personnel, upon arrival the room got upgraded, which was nice gesture The premises at the hotel and the rooms were nicely air-conditioned which was a great escape from the outside heat The train station is next to the hotel which makes it easy to travel to the city centre

The water in the room which had a label "complimentary water" turned out not to be complimentary. Got charged for it (maybe there was a fine print which at that moment I did not see indicating that it is free only for the hotel club members or something?!). So be careful! Although the breakfast was of a decent variety, felt like something was missing The room had a coffee machine but not the electric kettle

Clean and comfortable rooms

Little away from the city center but not too bad as you could catch an uber. Booked a taxi through the reception to go to the station but wasn't there on time. And they have not pre-booked and made it just in time for the train. Room was prepaid but at the check out they tried to charge me again. Then he checked the system and confirmed it was paid and had to pay only for the extras we have used.

The staff is friendly, the place is clean and comfortable. Nice amenities.

It says it has shuttle, but it’s that they can arrange the taxi to pick up and drop off from airport but it’s a bit pricier than taking taxi… also the breakfast was a disappointing, the eggs were just not good. Also the tv ur supposed to be able to link it to ur phone of something so u can watch Netflix n stuff but I wasn’t successful, but perhaps that’s my fault

location- less than 1 minute to train station. Grocery store- restaurants nearby- breakfast places nearby- ATM nearby.

The front desk associate had a little bit of an attitude at check in, because the rooms I had booked required a little logistics adjustment. Once a manager got involved, things got better and the “issue” was resolved. The shuttle service I requested( to pay $130.00 euros for it) to pick me up at the airport wasn’t ready for me when I got at there. The 3 drivers seemed not to care about me and my family at all during the ride, and were a bit greedy. Also, they only accepted cash as the payment for the service( information not disclosed whether service was booked). The shuttle back to the airport was a completely different experience! Friendly driver and $30 cheaper than the first one.

Beautiful hotel just near enough by Auditorium Parco della Musica! But WHY on earth the lobby bar was closed? Extra thanks for our cleaner, helpful madam!

A very comfortable hotel but some guys at the reseption were not suitable for their work. They simply were not interested in their work. Only the first gentleman who took care of us while the airport taxi was late was lovely and he had sense of humour as well.

The staff was very polite, and, which is of great significance, very able to serve the guest. The room was great, because I booked a suit and they provided me with a complete flat, with bathroom for two perspons, with good bedroom, and good living room, and a large terrace. Thus I have had a rest well. This was trip to recover, and I really recovered. Hence the hotel met my expectations.

The large balcony, a good bathroom for two, and a view from the window to trees. The suite was located on the sixth floor thus the view was good and no noise from the street came. I had good circumstances to have a rest. Although I paid the price for the large suite, it was worthy and this suite and this hotel were worthy for the higher price. I still want to return here.

The suite was gorgeous! Its large and spacious, with a separate living area and also a large balcony and a huge Jacuzzi bath tub. The room service was efficient and fast. The breakfast was also lovely.

The only issue we encountered was when we checked out and departing. The porter/concierge put our suitcases in the car but failed to put my husband's suits also and they got left behind! We ended up paying £300 for a taxi back to Rome from Orvietto to collect the suits for a wedding!! They did offer us a free night stay as a way of apology, so... until next time!
