The staff was absolutely amazing during our stay. They upgraded us for free. Took our room keys when we left so we would not lose them. Had drinks available all hours for us to buy and just added them on the end of our bill. It was fantastic. The beds were comfortable, and the location was great. Not in the city center but just steps away from a subway/metro station, so getting to everywhere we needed was easy. The gelato shop around the corner is amazing and sells fresh juice. The owner was so sweet, and the gelato was creamy. The pub around the corner had the best chicken wrap i have ever tasted. The maids do not speak english but try and were so nice. The breakfast had meats, cheeses, yogurts, cereal, toast, and fruit along with pastrys and was filling and a great start to the day. My partner loved the coffee machine and was obsessed with the expresso. The staff was so sweet, but Lynn at the front desk really made my day. She was the first face we saw every morning and always greeted us with such a sweet smile. She was fantastic and deserves a raise :)

There are no physical blankets on the bed. It's just a top cover and sheet. However, in the wardrobe are some heavier wool blankets. The people above us always sounded like they were arranging furniture, but it was fine. We are from a super busy city and live in an apartment, so it was easy to block out. I suggest ear plugs if noise bothers you as ambulance noises are constant here in Rome. There is no shower curtain or bath mats in the tub to stop you from flipping and i felt like i had to physically crawl in and out of the tub as it was very high so you do need to be super careful getting in and out, but it worked and over all wasn't the end of the world.

The hotel is one of the best I stayed so far, no wonder it’s almost always fully booked! The staff were absolutely amazing, always there to help, even got directions to the hotel before arrival without asking for them! Always, always smiling, can’t thank them enough for making our stay so pleasant! Everything was spotless, so clean, and the water pressure very good, nearly knocked me down the first time I turned it on 😄 Oh, and the location couldn’t be any better, the subway station about 2 mins away, and even a night bus line for when the subway was closed (could have walked back to the hotel from the town centre, but our feet couldn’t take any more walking in Rome 🤭)! This will be our go to hotel in Rome from now on, just hoping we’ll find availability! Oh, oh and nearly forgot: the breakfast at the hotel was really good, but across the street there is a bar where they serve some amazing croissants filled with a delicious vanilla cream!

Everything was excellent, really! Just a bit confused of the city tax as on Booking.com it said it was included in the rate, and it wasn’t, but maybe I missed some fine print when I booked it and it wasn’t a big deal anyway.

The rooms were clean, the bed firm but super confortable. The rooms have double doors towards the hallway. The hotel is quiet and very close to the Re di Roma metro station. The room fridge is quiet. The room is very practical, with warm lights, suficient deposit spaces, many hangers in the wardrobe. the towels and sheets are changed daily. The personnel of the hotel is helpfull, very friendly and one of the best I've encountered. I have asked for slippers (and got them) for the whole family at the reception.

The perfume of the cleaning products was too strong for me, but I've requested the personnel to stop using them, so they did. I'm very grateful they respected my wish. The bathtub and sink drains are slow. Some hooks are necessary in the bathroom.

People and their service - reception desk extremely nice, helpful, kind, well mannered and supportive. The room service was great and well trained. Rarity in this world today. Metro station 100 meters away, and a very nice park where you can talk to the local, friendly Italian people. Restaurants nearby - 200 meters away!! Great place to stay.

There is nothing we didn't like!

Nice hotel located in a quiet part of Rome, with the metro stop no more than a 5 minute walk away. Despite it being in neighbourhood area, it felt safe. The room was a good size with all the facilities and amenities that you need. Included a balcony too, which was nice. Room had A/C which is useful when it’s high temperatures outside. It very clean as well. Breakfast was a good selection of savoury, cereals and pastries. Staff on reception were nice and welcoming. Allowed us to leave our luggage on our final day too as we had an evening flight. Would highly recommend this hotel to stay at.

Nothing.

The staff is great, hugely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, but nothing special... maybe I was expecting more italian things, but it was ok, not an issue actually. The put us on a large room because we are 4 people (2 adults + 2 kids), comfortable, air conditioner was working properly and beds were comfortable. Minibar was working properly too.

The only I could say was about the showers... we stayed in a room with 2 bathrooms. In one of them, there was a shower, but the water wasn't draining too fast and then quickly a small pool was formed in the shower. And, in the other bathroom, there was a bathtube, but it didn't have anything to block the water to be splashed all over the bathroom, it was mess after the 1st shower. So, after this 1st attempt, everyone just used the other shower (with the small pool). And, I also think that the price could bit a little bit lower.

Staff courteous, nice and efficient. Big bed with superb mattress and pillows. Strong stream of water with easy to calibrate temperature in shower (bath tube). Comfortable room and bathroom. Small frigidaire was a plus. Located in a quiet street near a metro station.

The Hotel is not for the Royals, and not for enjoying its facilities the whole day. It is for resting and sleeping (couldn't be better!) while touring. Basic breakfast (better than at home) to start the day with energies. No hair dryer, kettle or whatever (I didn't expect or need but probably could ask in advance if required). If again in Rome, I will more probably come back to this place.

Very good location. A comfortable hotel for reasonable money. In general very clean, enough space in the room, very good breakfasts and friendly/helpful staffs.

There are 2 issues: 1. Hotel offers free WiFi but the Internet bandwidth seems to be weak. Even surfing through the simple webpages was challenging. 2. Only one person in the kitchen during the breakfast. Even if the lady doubled/tripled her efforts (she moved really fast), she was not able to clean the tables, preparing the food and stick with other wishes from the guests. Management should consider to dedicate another person to support the breakfasts...
