The location was perfect for my purposes and the staffs were all good providing all their supports for your needs. If you want to be somewhere close to everything this is the right place. With Re Di Roma Station you will able to travel around Rome.

Everything was fine. Obviously things are made to get better every day. I will prefer a more comfort bed. After talking to the staffs and the way they serve to you, I am sure the next time I come back everything will exceed my expectations.

Friendly staff. Our check-in was handled by the manager Maria, who provided us with all the necessary information in advance and also found the opportunity to check us in before the official check-in time. Maria's responsiveness made it possible not to waste a single minute in this wonderful city so we are very grateful to her. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a metro station nearby from which you can reach the main attractions within 10-15 minutes. And for those who are not afraid of walking you can get there on foot getting to know the city. There is a cafe just up the street where you can have breakfast.

I loved how big the room was. The bathroom was also very comfortable. The hotel is really close to a bus stop so that is a bonus point. About two streets away there is a supermarket. In the room they gave us coffee in capsules and water. There is also a teapot electric heater, air conditioner and it's overall a great room.

I wish the staff would had been present for longer. I only saw the receptionist once. The location of the hotel is a little lonely, not many people drive or walk by. That might be good for some people but for me, I feel safer when I see people walking around the street

friendly hostess, clean, cozy. there is a coffee machine, kettle, TV. and inside it is cool and without air conditioning

the only noticeable drawback is the location of the rooms in the basement, and your window is at the level of the pedestrian sidewalk. with all the consequences in the form of the sounds of footsteps, conversations of passing people and sounds of passing cars and motorcycles

We were really satisfied with the room it is really big and has a lot of space in it. Beds were very comfortable and we also had a tv. Location is great, we were 5 minutes from metro station and it takes around 15 minutes with it to the city center. Also there is a lot of restaurants and coffee shops in the area and small shopping mall also around the corner.

Room very comfortable (large comfy bed, storage space, air conditioning, TV). The location is very good (6 minutes ON FOOT to the Re di Roma metro, 29 minutes to the Colosseum, 2 minutes to the shop). Very good contact with the owner. Possibility to leave luggage after check-out.

First evening we had a problem with the hot water in the room, but the owner fixed it the next morning. 👍 Only one electrical contact in the room, far from the bed.

This is a very lovely place to stay, 5 mins to Re di Roma Metro station, from there max 15 min to the center, merto line is direct to Spanish stairs and Vaticano. Colosseum is in 25 min walk, city center with the sights is available with all the sights by taxi for about 15Euro. In the area many restaurant, gelatteria, pasticceria, groceries, etc.Accomodation is nice and clean, very helpful and friendly staff, very tecommended!

Naomi (owner) was very helpful and tried her best to deal with a problem that happened during my stay. My room (S) was the smallest one but I don't think that it was too tiny for two guests, like many others suggested. I didn't hear any noises from the street but the walls between rooms weren't too thick so it's important to be quiet after night time :)

I don't have any specific complaints - maybe a new mattress would be a great idea

The room was very clean and similar to what is displayed in photos. The mattress was comfortable. The air conditioning in our room was not working when we checked in but the host arranged the repair the same day and made sure it worked before the night. The host also spoke in English. They did not have the bidet but a hand jet.

The bathroom design was poor in our room. While you sit on the toilet, the washbasin was right in front of your nose. It was a very congested bathroom. The shower area was also small. The noise cancellation is not great. You can actually hear people outside your room in the corridor. It is a bit far from Rome Termini. Keep in mind that they do not provide a free room cleaning every day. You would have to pay 5 Euros per day if you want room cleaning.

The location is perfect. Away from most busy (tourist) places, but just a 20min walk to the colloseum. Lots of coffeeshops and restaurants in the area with good food. Definetely recommend.
