The deluxe room was very comfortable, clean and bright. The bathroom was big and modern. The only thing missing is a little stand in the shower where you can place the shampoo or the shower gel. The balcony has a great view and two people can sit easily. The common kitchen is very functional and the breakfast is a croisant and a coffee served in a cute shop in the ground floor. The building is a few steps from the metro station and all kind of shops and restaurants are nearby. The district is quiet, very close to the center, great for families because it is not strictly touristic

The location was nice, right next to an A-line metro stop, so going to other parts of the city was easy. Colosseum, roman forum and palatine hill were in a walking distance. The surrounding restaurants that the hostess recommended were nice. The host and hostess were really helpful and accommodating.

The breakfast was okay, but kind of small, as it only consisted of a single croissant and a cup of coffee. There was a bit of a smell emitting from the toilet, which was clean, but it seems there is a problem with the sewage in the building as the shower drainage was pretty slow as well. The smell wasn't very disturbing and you could only notice it a bit while the bathroom door was open.

Perfect location, very close to Re di Roma metro Station which you can use to reach almost any attraction points. You can literaly walk to Collessium, even to Vatican (if you really want :) ). The room was very comfy and clean. The garden was a very nice surprise, it definitely exceeded our expectations. Also we could enjoy very nice Restaurants around the place which was very good for us. The owner was helpful and caring and a special thanks to Jacopo as by his recommendations we could diacover the beauties of St John's Basilica and Capitolini museum instead of visiting Collessium or the forum. What I regret was not being able to visit Borgehe Gallery since there were no open slots available during our visit, but next time I will book a slot upfront before our flight.

Although Croissant and cappucino was fine, we would prefer to have some more options.

Hosts are so kind and helpful. We were first time in Rome and they made our stay more beautiful. Apartment was very comfortable and clean… we enyojed every minute spent in it. In front of the building is metro station and using it you are in city centre in 10 minutes, but if you want to walk it takes a little bit longer. Anywas, we did both and everything was great. Big recommendation.

Only bad thing is that metro is not working after 10pm, but that is not about the apartment. Everyrhing was perfect!

Jacopo and his wife was very friendly and give some useful advises regarding sightseeings in Rome. Same time they sent list with good restaurants in the city. Location of room was very close to Metro station, which economy time for yours traveling. Room was clean and silent. All was good. Small bakery downside is very nice with excellent coffee.

Great location of the apartment, metro station is just around the corner. Apartment has a shared kitchen which is a good option. Breakfast at the café next door was good as well. Giulia was just a great host and so responsive throughout the day to all our needs. The list of recommended restaurants was really helpful too. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend the apartment for a short city trip to Rome!

The location was perfect, so close to the metro station and around 30min walking distance from sights like the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. We loved that the breakfast was included and we enjoyed a tasty coffee with a fresh pastry in the morning in the cafe just beneath the apartment. Giulia and Jacopo were very welcoming and gave us great tips about exploring Rome and the food scene. We absolutely loved our time in Rome and the Leo’s Colosseum apartment was a perfect accommodation choice.

The apartment was clean, stylish and comfortable. We really liked the location, it is easily accessible by metro and the Colosseum is within walking distance. The owners were kind and helpful, they even gave us useful recommendations. The breakfast was delicious. The wifi signal was strong.

Location was great, loads of shops and restaurants near by. Also very close to a metro station that made travelling to locations in Rome easier.
