Good location, staff lovely and helpful. Enjoyed breakfast, was just enough, cappuccino was the best I've had. Felt safe and Aircon was perfect. Memory foam mattress and pillows. Hairdryer was needed. Decor was simple but sufficient

Plug sockets in room were old and damaged. I couldn't use the adapters I brought from home and the one I bought in Rome wouldn't fit properly either. Room and shower was on the small side Was woken up by hammering and drilling from upstairs at 730am the first morning. Not the b and b fault I suppose.

Very very nice receptionist/owner, gave us a ton of advice and detailed recommendations for sightseeing, shopping, etc. Great location, we only needed to take the metro once (to colosseum), otherwise we walked everywhere. It seemed like a very safe and nice area with great restaurants within a walking distance. The facilities in the room are very decent, not very modern but we didn’t expect that either. Very clean, didn’t find any sign of bedbugs.

The rooms are quite dark and aren't very spacious but it wasn’t a big problem. Very small shower but it was okay.

We loved the central location, which was close enough to walk to all the tourist attractions but not located in an extremely busy neighbourhood. We loved how comfortable, clean and spacious the rooms were and the breakfast that was provided every morning was delicious and the perfect start to the day. Carla the host was very accomodating and kind to us throughout our stay. She gave us travel tips and was always there to answer questions when needed.

The hostess was a nice lady who explained everything very clearly in English. The room was very clean albeit a little small. The bathroom was a comfortable size. The shower was hot and had good water pressure. Breakfast is in dining room with hot coffee (americano) and pastries. The bnb is located in an apartment complex and the surrounding area feels safe. It is close to the Vatican and only 7 minutes from the airport shuttle bus station. For tourists, this is a convenient location.

The room has thins walls and other guests are not always quiet. One night from the other room we could hear entire conversations late into midnight. Fortunately we have ear plugs.

The location was fantastic. Our host was very charming and gave us a most comprehensive check in with detailed explanations on where to visit. The room was cool, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

It would be really good if the breakfast room was left available with a kettle so that we could make a cup of tea during the day. It seems to be a bit of a waste to have that lovely room and only use it for 2 hours a day.

This little B&B was great for us, the room was slightly small but manageable for our needs. Everything is in walking distance, metro is a 5-10 minute walk. We were in ore at how quiet it is once you walk through the courtyard, coming off a busy street into a sort of Oasis, amazing. Our host was extremely helpful, on our first day she gave us a map with all sorts of directions drawn on and the must sees of Rome. Breakfast every morning was delightful, a choice of pastries and toast as well as coffees.

As a smoker you couldn’t smoke in the courtyard as it’s residential therefore you had to go on the street. This would be my only negative but even this is just being picky and more for information for future visitors. As the B&B is on the ground floor it wasn’t such an issue.

absolutely adored this property. you walk from a busy street into the quiet oasis of the courtyard. We were met by the most beautiful Carla who was just the loveliest and most kind hearted host ever. the room was big enough, very rustic with a big bed, sofa, dressing table and plenty of storage. the bed was a dream to sleep in, so comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. the en-suit had a big shower, wash hand basin and toilet. toiletries were supplied. Breakfast was a beautiful basket of fresh pasties and toast with butter and preserves with tea or coffee. the property is ideal for exploring 5 minutes walk to the Vatican and St Peter’s Square, the metro which takes you to all the sights. plenty of reasonably priced restaurants, shops, gelato’s etc in the streets surrounding. go exploring every street has a treasure.

we loved absolutely everything

The location was perfect! you could visit Vatican, Fontana di Trevi, Trastevere, etc within 20-30 min by walking. Also the host was very kind and polite and helped with a well organized tour, which was very useful, as a first time visit to Rome.

The only unlikeable thing was the noise, not from the outside location, but from the other rooms. The walls were very thin, so you could hear any kind of noise from other guests.

This is a no-frills B&B but when you only need a bed for the night and washing facilities its perfect. Room 4 is a little tired and could do with decorating, but this didn't bother us as our trip was all about exploring Rome not the inside of the room! The breakfast is a good old fashioned Italian breakfast with lovely coffee (or Tea). Karla the host does everything from checking in, serving breakfast, changing rooms and even tends to your room daily. She is really knowledgeable and will go out of her way to help you. The location is perfect, 5 minutes to Vatican City, directly on the high street, 10 minutes to the Metro (A line) and only 15 minutes' walk to cross the river. we literally walked everywhere from this B&B and only used the metro to get to the location with our suitcases and get back again. If you are looking for value for money this place is Ideal.

Excellent location and very welcoming owner.

Coffee was good but the breakfast was just bread. The croissant was just white bread in disguise - in Italy it would be enough with just coffee and one good croissant and it wouldn’t be even more expensive. Towels were not changed during a 4 day stay. But these were really minor things - the location and the amazing hostess made the stay very nice!
