What an amazing place! The decor is amazing and looks fabulous. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. The spa you can book for 1 hour per day for private use which is fantastic and just what we needed after a busy day exploring! The staff Matilde and Daniela were amazing and so helpful. They helped us with booking trips, answering straight away to questions we had via the hotels whatsapp group and really cared about us. There was a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us in our room since we were staying for my birthday which was so kind! The hotel is handy for bars, restaurants and a short walk to Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain. The nearest metro is around 10/15 minutes away which is also so easy to use. What an amazing stay and we are over the moon with everything. To top it off I proposed to my girlfriend during our stay and she said YES!!

The spa and gym can be booked for sole use which is amazing - the spa has a sauna, jacuzzi and chill out area and is so relaxing. You can book treatments too (my 60 minute massage was well worth the money). The breakfast is also worth it - there is a range of hot and cold food including pastries etc. and was delicious! The staff go above and beyond to provide an excellent service and ensure your stay is as seamless as possible and I can’t fault them at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Minor comments are that my bedroom only had one plug socket and it wasn’t near the bed which was slightly inconvenient and the hotel only had 3 red wines to choose from but the Merlot I had was delicious so it was fine. If not for these things, I would have given a 5 star rating!

This was a fantastic stay for me and my wife but the pillows were very hard. Besides that it was very pleasant and relaxing and comfortable. Staff where extremely helpful and kind. The only hassle we had was the booking for staff system needs to be updated. At times guests were double booked witch caused a little frustration in a crammed day. All in all 9/10

Hall and design all in all is very nice, location is great, quite close to several metro stations and bus stations, there are nice places to eat around

the room is very small, bed takes the most of the space, I couldn’t place the standard yoga mat. only one wardrobe, no separate place for the outerwear. Also we selected this hotel because wanted to use spa but the wellness center is not perfect: it has hamam (all good), sauna (it was warm, not hot, couldn’t change it because nobody is around wellness center) and jacuzzi (all good), there are a couple of training devices available but no yoga mats, also some of the towels in wellness center were with non-washable spots

the breakfast was exceptional and the hotel was cozy and glamorous in general

Everything was perfect. The only thing I have to mention is the taxi driver who took us to the airport for our departure. We kindly requested the staff to arrange a TAXİ early in the morning. However the taxi was late about 10 minutes. But the real issue was the drivers mood during the trip. He was absolutely in slow motion driving the car in an average speed about 40 km/h!!! He was messaging during the trip and he was probably drunk!!

Good location, picture perfect decor, helpful staff, good breakfast. Would stay again.

A beautiful boutique feel, great location (5 min scooter to trevi or 15/20 minute walk), lovely spa to relax in after a day of many steps. We stayed for our anniversary and we had a lovely surprise left in the room for our arrival, so kind.

Nothing - it was lovely and just what we were after. Only comment I would add would be for the tea bags in the room to be replenished (I used the green tea on the first day and it never got replenished unlike the coffee pods) and milk pots to be included.

As always, great place! This is the first hotel I visited in Rome before Covid in 2020. I liked everything about it. Now, the stay was great as expected. First thing, as I requested, hotel stuff was able to arrange for me the early check in, It is great! Also, the room with the tub 🛀 is absolutely MUST HAVE! Clean big room, comfortable bed. Great location! Gorgeous hall. And I did not visit spa zone or gym, but will do next time and will share my experience. Thank you stuff, stay is very pleasant.

The only 1 thing that can and had to be improved, is as usually and in many hotels - soundproof. The hotel is in a quite area, there is no noise at all, but just to have where to improve, thats the only 1 thing, because I heard couple of time some noise ot from the room next to our, or from the top one. If this thing will be modernised, we can mark this as a exceptional 5 STARS instead of 4.

The property was unique and was in a very good position to access a lot of restaurants and shops. Staff was lovely. Rooms were nice and tidy. As my girlfriend turned 21 we received a nice bottle of Prosecco to celebrate.

The only problem we had was the hot tub not being cleaned out properly as my girlfriend has come home with a rash all over her body and has spent the weekend at the doctors.

The entire hotel was well managed, very clean, exceptional decor and everything from start to finish was executed to a high standard ! The spa was for private use and was an appreciated touch especially as we were so busy and tired! The staff were beyond helpful and friendly, especially Matilde!

Nothing to complain about other than no special touch was given for our honeymoon / babymoon despite mentioning at check in.
