Fantastic stay! The host was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with comfortable rooms that made our stay absolutely relaxing. Its location is ideal, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. There are many nice cafes and restaurants in this neighborhood for breakfast, cocktails, or dinner. Highly recommend it for a worry-free and enjoyable experience.

Everything as it should be. Super clean, modern, quiet yet powerful AC, great service from the host, remote checkin/checkout. When (not if, but when!) I come back to Rome I will choose this apartment again without a single doubt!

One smallish minus for lack of any glasses/cups - only small paper disposable cups available. If you wish to delect some local roman wine or just refreshing juice after long day of visiting the city you really want to have a decent glass.

Classic Italian building with an ancient elevator which was a lot of fun to experience. Modern room with working AC, fun lighting, large TV with Netflix channel options, comfy bed and pillows, modern bathroom with toothbrush, toothpaste, soap supplied. A good variety of welcome drinks. Renato contacting before arrival and available on WhatsApp and during the morning if we need anything. Room being cleaned daily and generous with towels, (Sorry for the nosebleeds!) Good wifi connection. Location between Ottaviano and Lepanto Metro stations: regular Metro and bus service only 3-8 minutes walk away (use Google Maps for bus stops and times), 10 minutes walk to Vatican city, 30 minutes walk to Piazza Nazona/ Spanish steps/ central rome, nearby cafe for breakfast pastries and coffee, takeaways and restaurant with halal food, souvenir shops, Carrefour express, safe feeling when walking around.

Shower didn't drain the first night but this was rectified by Renato and team in the morning, so nothing really.

Everything. We were fleeing from our first hotel and we managed to book this stay, and what luck that was. We were immediately contacted by them, since they would not be on premises when we would arrive. Everything was wonderful and easy. Our contact Renato answered every question quickly and just made us feel safe. The minibar was free, service was great, air con was wonderful, bed was comfy and clean. The neighbourhood was quiet and clean and near many great restaurants.

Clean and modern. Was able to check in later in the evening which was much appreciated. Very quiet rooms (couldn't hear any other guests) and comfortable beds, nice warm showers with good pressure. Elevator which made things easier with our suitcases. Renato the host was very friendly and welcoming. Very close to a metro station.

Very minor but room was on the smaller side for 2 with big suitcases but fine for 2 nights

Big plus the complimentary mini bar and the fact that a descent coffee on capsules is offered. Maybe the cleanest place I have ever stayed in Rome.

Will be nice to paint some walls as this is the only downside of the accommodation that truly deminishes the great effort.

responsive host, well renovated and very clean rooms, everyday cleaning (!), change towels every two days, comfortable beds, great location - 10mins to Vatican, there's coffemachine and teapot at the common area we used it often, quite convenient For rome it is great price/quality

there was some dripping sound from time to time when somebody else used shower probably we heard this sound and have to use earplugs at night

Renato and his team were we wonderful to deal with. We required a late check in due to the train network and Renato helped us through this process and even checked in closer to the time we said would arrive (11pm at budget) 100% reliable and when we come back to Rome we will be staying here. Very clean and comfortable. Clear communication. Excellent location to all the important tourist spots and good restaurants. .

It's just a tiny bit noisy in the afternoons. We used to return back for a short rest to escape the afternoon heat, but the city of Rome doesn't support siestas with vehicles honking and buzzing around 😆

We've been to Rome maybe already 15 times ... we've stayed in different hotels, B & B, apartments, etc. So far, we haven't felt completely well anywhere, there has always been a "but" ... Until now! We are simply delighted with this place. Clean, everything fragrant, friendly service (tiptoeing until noon so as not to disturb guests), free sweets (very good quality), beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed... Everything is finished to the last detail! Perfectly! In addition, there is a smart TV 55” (you do not need a magnifying glass 😂). The only thing is, time flies too fast. It's a pity not to spend time in the city, but it's also a pity to leave the room. On the one words- don’t make a reservations there, because there will be no place for us 😉.

The only drawback is not enough towel rails in the bathroom, and no space to put cosmetics (it's only in the shower). But it's really picking on details.
