It's a decent little place near Vatican city. I wouldn't recommend it for more than 1 night.

They have the most aggravating and unnecessarily convoluted check-in process I've ever experienced. The nightstands were covered in an impressively thick layer of dust that got all over my backpack and other items. There is also zero soundproofing to prevent noise from the lobby area from entering the room. Some people were talking in there for hours one morning and I felt like I was sitting right next to them.

Everything was wonderful. Exactly according to our expectations. The photos are accurate. The room was nice and spacious. Everything was clean. Check in was easy, just follow the sequence that will be sent to you. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very friendly. The bathroom was clean. We were also provided with shampoos and soap. Breakfast was in a nearby cafe and was very tasty. The location is excellent, the subway was a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Best choice for a city trip to Rome! Amazing location 10 minutes to Vatican museum, less than 10 minutes to Cipro Metro station and various bus stations even closer. Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. You just need to be aware that it is a B&B with 4 rooms, not a hotel which was even better for us: not crowded, well-maintained and staying in an less touristic area with locals. The room was comfortable and the cleaning service outstanding. Self-checkin and procedure on arrival are very easy. There is no direct contact but the team is always reachable via WhatsApp and was helpful in any of our questions. The communication and kind hospitality made us feel very welcome and we'd love to be back at Victory rooms in the future. Authentic and excellent Italian restaurants that have great quality for good prices are nearby. Our most favorite Gelato place Manny's is also close with taste and price that are by far better than the hyped ones in the city center.

We enjoyed our stay at Victory Rooms. First the host was very friendly, helpful and reachable. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfy. The location of the property is good, there is a metro station not so far from the property which made it easy to travel around.

Everything was good, and will come back when visiting Rome. Still something that would be appreciated to have in the room would be some toiletries, slippers, plush robes etc.

The check-in was easy and the room was comfortable, nice, and clean. The location was also great. I would say it's a very good alternative for a more affordable area in Rome, with very good public transport connections to the historic center, and super close to the vatican!

The only thing missing was an iron, but it's understandable that they can't provide it due to safety. The rooms could have been a bit better isolated, but it didn't bother us.

Location, cleanliness, cosiness of the room and apartment, friendly and welcoming staff. Cool historic building with high ceilings, beautiful courtyard. In general I can recommend this apartment. It's a good value for your money. I think you will like it.

No breakfast, no blinds on the windows: it's bright in the morning despite the curtains. Air Conditioning works tricky. Poor soundproofing, but there are some rules here, that not allow to make a noise from 11 pm till 7 am. Small bathroom. That's all :)

It's a great cozy place to stay at. It was very easy to get into the place. Very clean and organized! Very comfortable place to stay, with access to a lot of public transportation. Close to Vatican City within walking distance.

The primary street entrance block just looks a bit rough and could be a bit more clean, but it's a public sidewalk.

The room was very clean, and well equipped. We got every informations in time. The host was very kind and helpful. Location was perfect for us, because it's not exactly in the city center, so it wasn't too busy. There are cute restaurants nearby and you can go easily to the center too. We highly recommend it.

Excellent location close to The Metro, buses & Vatican Museum (5 min walk away). The buses were really quick to get us into central Rome at all hours. My daughter & I felt safe travelling late at night, area was always busy. Cecilia provided clear instructions about how to access our room and she was quick to respond to any query we had. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean & the power shower was excellent 👌. We plan to visit again & look forward to staying in the Victory Rooms again. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Very quiet and clean - organised and everything is in order. Hosts were very helpful and available, even offered dining recommendations and taxi service to the airport. Great value for money - we really enjoyed our stay!

Shower drain seemed to be a little clogged (not a big deal, but water might easily overflow if one takes a long shower).
