It was perfectly situated 15 minutes outside San Gimignano. It was exceptionally clean and the family welcome we received from the owners Monica, her husband and of course son Nico all of who made our stay perfect. The breakfast each morning was excellent and served at our apartment. Our apartment was great value for money and very comfortable . No problems getting extra pillows. Monica (Mamma) was adorable and both my wife and I really took to her. Pool area excellent. We have stayed in Tuscany several times and this is certainly the best. Highly recommend this property.

Nothing to dislike

Nicolo and his family are the most amazing hosts. We’ve truly got to enjoy the Tuscan lifestyle at this amazing accommodation. You get the breakfast served at your own little terrace, just taking in the peace and quiet of the region. The whole property is very well maintained, with activities for kids ( football ground, swing, pool) and just overall stunning views of the rolling hills of Tuscany. Great positioning between San Gimignano and Voltera. Breakfast was very nice, you get to choose from a large list of items, as many as you want, so no need to worry about that. Would recommend 10/10!

Fantastic hospitality from everybody; really cared for you. Breakfast served outside on the patio of your room with the choice you've chosen the day before. Enjoyed the patio where we could have little snacks & wine bought in other places. Nice pool area, with good sunbeds. Be prepared that there is nothing to purchase to eat apart from breakfast that is included in the room rate. There is one restaurant & one bar in the village 10 minutes away. Had one dinner in that restaurant; Tre Archi, and it was great food, and the wine was produced from next door to Il Cardino. Good parking possibilities. Overall a very nice place that we recommend.

You really need a car or some kind of transportation. But that did not come as a surprise; it was well described on the site.

Lovely room, beautiful property, the staff was warm and welcoming. Gorgeous views of the Tuscan countryside. Location was perfect for seeing San Gimignano , Volterra and Siena. It was wonderful to wake up to a lovely view from our room and breakfast served on the patio outside the room. They recommended a restaurant within walking distance which served delicious food - we went 3 times! - and another in San Gimignano which was delicious also.

Nothing ,everything was perfect!

This was absolutely perfect for what we wanted, it had clean comfortable facilities beautiful views and very peaceful. Having our own terrace where we are served fresh delicious breakfast each morning was amazing! I can’t fault this property it’s real value for money and worth every penny. The staff are so friendly and couldn’t do enough, Nick and the team thank you so much we hope to be back!

The pool was cold but we didn’t have the greatest weather during our stay beginning of June .

One of the best places we have ever stayed! Fantastic family run, we felt like family. Beautiful owners and amazing breakfast! Great location close to San Gimignano and Volterra. Very helpful with advice and places to visit. Also recommended 2 amazing restaurants for dinner! Highly recommend to anyone who wants a great size, clean room with views of San Gimignano!

Nothing was all great!

Very beautiful property! Quiet, comfortable rooms close to a very well-maintained pool with excellent views of the surrounding scenery. Breakfast is delicious and everyone is extremely friendly. We highly recommend this property and would return in the future.

Monica and her family are wonderful! In my opinion, it’s always the people that make the experience that much better and memorable. Be sure to have a ‘Nicola Spritz’ in the afternoon or by the pool! Best spritz I’ve had in Italy!

The unexpected cold weather.

Located in the middle of Tuscany with amazing views. Peaceful and quiet place for those, who want to escape from crowded cities. My room was upgraded upon arrival. We were enjoying the local wines in the evenings on the terrace.

I booked it only for two nights. I wish I could stay longer.

The location (close to several nice towns/cities and the view on San Gimignano from the pool/garden area) and the amazing and kind personnel! Super accomodating, helpful and loving people! Would recommend!!

If we would have to put something here, maybe you either like the beds or you don't, but overall the place was amazing!
