We stay for 6 days. The accommodation was lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff (the owner and his family) was friendly, and helpful. Very good place to rest with your family. Rooms are clean and fully equipped, our room have 2 air condition which was super on the extremely hot summer. The breakfast was great and enough for a good day start. The location was perfect, not to far from the city but far enough to be quit and relax able. We are 100 % recommend this place!!!

Loved the peacefulness of the location. Beautiful setting and amazing room. Lovely housekeeper that kept our room beautiful throughout our stay. The team were all wonderful and accommodated all our breakfast requests, we are vegan so they got us avocados and bread which was a beautiful touch! The pool is wonderful and there is a fully stocked bar so we could grab water/ wine whenever we wanted.

It isnt clear that the b&b is in an extremely remote location. We arrived by taxi from Lucca on a Sunday and had no way of stocking up on lunch/ dinner. We walked in the heat to the closest open supermarket which was an hour away. Beautiful views on our walk though! Great to have a car and do come prepared- there isnt anything close by so if you dont have a car you will need to bring your own snacks!

Nice peaceful place and close to restaurants in driving distance. The pool is small and refreshing and has salt water so the kids played in it but weren't happy putting their heads under!

The area of Pisa felt so run down compared to where we came from which was in between Florence and Siena. Didn't get chance to have breakfast as we had to leave for our flight - we did mention we would have to leave 15 mins earlier than breakfast and would have been nice to be able to have a little something but the owner forgot/didn't understand what I meant.

Very cute place outside Pisa, a lot of nature around you and a truly relaxing experience. Paolo the host is very nice and helpful. I‘ll be back again :)

You need a car to move from and to the place, which is something that wasn’t super clear before arrival. Otherwise everything was perfect

Very clean, pool, great host and breakfast! Has a nice, clean pool. Very peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. Shower was amazing. Modern, clean and hot.

Room was a little dark, could do with some better lighting. Bed sheets felt slightly damp, maybe more ventilation is needed.

Amazing place - beautiful, relaxing, cozy, intimate. The owner it’s a very helpful person- always smile and always happy to help. Nice simple breakfast in the morning ( just small suggestion- maybe you can add some fresh vegetables like tomatoes or cucumbers to a breakfast). Room nice decorated and very clean with insect curtains in the window- very important in that kind of place. Everything was amazing and I can rated this cozy B&B business for 5⭐️

The house and surroundings were great, good attention to detail, clean, friendly and helpful owner who spoke excellent English. Pool area was small but not crowded so ok. Nice location, out of Pisa. Loved the surprise unit in our room that had a fridge, cupboard, sink & hob. We hope to be back one day.

The beams in our upstairs room were at head height so we bumped our heads a couple times forgetting about them. The water pressure in showers was low if others were using at same time.

This family run business exemplifiers what Italy is all about. The host was attentive putting extras in our room. The breakfast room was an outdoor glass room with lovely views of the gated estate. Would definitely recommend it for a relaxing stay.

Staff were very helpful and easily contactable on WhatsApp. We decided to stay at the property and order pizzas for tea, Paolo helped to order them and collected them for us. Breakfast was lovely. Rooms were modern and clean. We would definitely stay again if travelling to Pisa in the future.

It is out the way and difficult to get to anywhere by foot but easy if you have a car. However, staff will help organise taxis and it is perfect if you just want a relaxing break.

We had a wonderful stay at Vecchio Granaio! Everything was perfect : AC in the room (highly appreciated due to the outside temperature), well furnished and a very good breakfast! The outside and the pool were also nice! Paolo made everything to welcome us warmly! Highly recommend this place
