We went by car and stayed there to visit Lucca and Pisa, they are a 25-30-minute distance. The room was big, clean and quiet. The breakfast was great and Silvia (and her staff) was kind and attentive. I recommend this B&B if you want a starting point by car and explore around but want to avoid busy cities.

Nothing important but I missed more hangers on the bathroom wall to hang the towels after the shower because we were 4 people in the same room, tiny detail only.

Parking was private and instructions were clear. Breakfast was excellent with clear instructions on what's included. Clean room/ with private bathroom.

There was only one key card and so if you are a family and if one has to go out, cant take out the key card, as that would switch OFF the lights in the room. Without a key card you cant access the building. The room could be improved. there was no AC even though there was an AC remote, which apparently looks like its working but not. The single bed was not comfy either.

Great little find in a quiet town while walking the Camino di San Jacopo! The town itself was quiet and charming, and the bakery is clearly a popular spot. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and the breakfast in the morning was delicious.

Free parking lot on the private ground behind the house. Extremely nice and friendly receptionist. There is a bakery / bar inside the house, where the breakfast is served. Within the room price we got one drink (coffee) and one salty or sweet piece from the bakery. This breakfast is extraordinary and we liked it so much, that we bought some bakery (such as pistacchio crossaints) for the whole week to take it with us. The room was perfectly clean and very modern. Very nice bathrom. Round about 10 minutes to go to Pisa by car.

Breakfast could be a little bit more, but it's also ok to buy something from the bakery, as the prices are very good. The bedroom is very nice, but not very big. At night with open windows sometimes the barking of the dogs from the neighbours might be annoying for some people, for us it didn't matter and it was only for a couple of minutes.

Clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was at the bar owned by the same people and it was good. There was also a nice outdoor play area for small children. An excellent solution for touring the surrounding area. I'd return there.

the bed is very light and not stable. there is a charging station but the power is very low so you can not count on it. the breakfast is in fact limited to one drink and one piece of cake

Excellent location between Lucca and Pisa. The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast simple and very good. The room was bran new and spacious, simply furnished but with AC so a real plus. Free parking and a small playground Close (4-5 min drive) to restaurant for dinner - they offer very cheap meals on site for lunch

It is ideal place to visit Pise. Good breakfast and very good communication in case of late arrival.

Air-conditioning did not work well and we had only cold water in the shower.

Comfy room, great service, nice breakfast. Although i made a mistake the landlord helped me.

We really liked the breakfast options and the possibility to park.
