The location of the hotel is great, and the view from the window even better! We loved Eugenia, who took care of our check in and check out, as well as booking a taxi. She was very helpful with our luggage and changing the room, her approach is customer centric and we very much appreciated her hospitality. The hotel has a shared terrace which is amazing, great spot if you want to have a snack with a nice view. We also had access to a shared fridge which was very useful to cool down our soda. The room we got was very spacious with the best view in town - I’m not kidding! We shared bathroom with another room but it was just next to ours, we actually had a sink in the room which was helpful.

Nothing really, what could have been better in our room is fans, but they worked better in another room we stayed in. It really depends on the sun exposure of the room and the month you come in. We came in August and it was around 35 degrees during the day.

Wow! What an amazing find in Siena. Albergo Bernini is a family-run spot with loads of charm. The staff is super friendly and ready to help with anything you need. Our room was clean and comfy. The check-in was super early possible and was super quick. The best part of the property? The panoramic terrace! The view over Siena is out of this world—the perfect spot for a morning coffee or wine in the evening. There are many places to eat and drink nearby, so I got to sample many local dishes and wines. The location is amazing. You're just a short stroll from the Sanctuary of Santa Caterina and Piazza del Campo Square, plus there's a bus stop to the train station close by. In short, Albergo Bernini is a gem in the heart of Siena. I can't recommend it enough. If you're visiting Siena, you gotta check it out!

The location was great, only a 10 minutes walk from the free parking and also near the center. The view from the common use terrace is stunning. We ate our dinner and breakfast there and it was so nice. We found a great restaurant only 4 minutes away: Pizzeria Alle Scalette

If I had to rate only the room I would give 1/10. If it was simple that’s OK but it was not clean at all. Nor the bathroom. The good location also means there are several restaurants nearby so it was loud at night. Closing the windows did not help at all. Early in the morning also noisy. You cannot relax here it is good to know.

The host was wonderful and so accommodating! She answered all my questions quickly and helped call a taxi upon check-out. The hotel is modest but cute. I loved the terrace! The room was nice and clean. Great location!! Definitely recommend for the price!

There is no heat or air conditioning (which may not be the fault of the B&B but of the city)— however, it was quite chilly when I was there and I didn’t have a way to get the room heated up. Thankfully they had an extra blanket in the dresser or I would have been very cold! Additionally, you can hear the other guests through the walls… which can get awkward. Very minor complaints! Overall, great experience!

In a back street in the middle of old Sienna. Clean and tidy. We had an en suite bathroom. Shower was good and hot. Not at all luxurious, but clean and functional. There is a roof top balcony where you can sit and enjoy an absolutely amazing view over Siena, but need to bring your own wine or drink. We bought pastries from a nearby shop for breakfast and sat out there. The staff were very helpful - Eugenie was great.

You can't drive into Siena. We parked at the railway station - a good 45 min walk to the hotel. We don't have a problem with steps or walking steep inclines, but for any with walking difficulties, beware there are a lot of steps and inclines in Siena including Inside the hotel. This is not a problem with the hotel and didn't bother us at all but it might for some.

The apartment is very nice with stunning (shared) terrace. Eugenie was super nice and very helpful with everything. The location is also very good. I would definitely recommend this place and I would like to go back soon.

Shared bathroom (with one other room) is very small and little bit inconvenient (shower curtain, weard changing hot and cold water during showering, and shower attached to wall). But it's not big deal and there is everything needed + there is basin in the room

The room, the terrace is absolutely stunning!!! Breathtaking view, I think I left a piece of my soul there. Very cozy room where even a bathroom has a window with a view. The hotel is homey and sets the tone for relaxation. You wake up to the ringing of the tower bells which is very romantic. The city is mesmerizing and I definitely want to come back and will choose this hotel again. Best price per quality ratio in Italy.

Not enough towels in the bathroom, the water took a while to get hot in the shower and the room wasn't super clean (I found spider webs in the corners), but it added to the overall vibe of "country house style" room.

Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The best thing about this property is the view from the terrace, its stunning. A beautiful place to sit and watch the sunset, this was a real highlight of the property.

We chose the shared bathroom, which was ok, however our room was directly beside the social / sitting area, and the bathroom was further down the hall. So it was a bit awkward coming out of the room in the morning, or back from the bathroom in a towel when there are people sitting right outside your room!

The view is amazing, many different common areas, like terraces and living rooms. Beautiful space. Beautiful view also from the room. And although the bathroom was outside of the room, we shared it only with one other room and it was very clean. The host was very welcoming and clear, going a bit the extra mile to make you feel confortable (you have platss and wine glasses in the room).

The beds. Too small for 2 adults, but enough beds in a room to share. Still, quite uncomfortable, we woke up through the night a lot.(hence the points reduction)
