Very comfortable, clean room, good value for money. Property located very conveniently between the station and city center. Matteo is very helpful and cheerful person, we greatly appreciate everything, thank you! Will be glad to stay again

Depending on the neighbors and how sensitive is your sleep, the corridor sounds might be a little disturbing. Wasn't an issue in our case, but good to be aware

From the minute we arrived at Casa di Osio we felt welcomed and at home. Having accidentally entered a (come si chiama la zona dov’è interdetto di guidare?) zone while driving to the apartment, we risked being fined. Matteo, the owner of Casa di Osio, was incredibly helpful and responsive on the phone and because of him we were not penalized for the mishap. The room was quaint and clean, and the whole apartment made us feel at home. We met Matteo in person and he was lovely. The apartment itself could not be more central, as we stepped right into the heart of cobblestone streets of Siena. We would definitely stay again, and we will keep our fond memories of this home away home.

Room got very hot at night even with a fan. Had to keep door open for airflow as was too stuffy otherwise. Apart from that excellent value place to stay in Siena!

Easy access to food shops for breakfast and meals. Very close to the main areas for sightseeing. It seemed a genuine experience of a genuine Italian apartment with pictures and ornaments around. The kitchen was shared but this worked out well as the other guests were pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

As we were later in the holiday season, it rained a lot and it was not very easy to get our clothes dry as we were not allowed to use the dryer. During the main holiday season it would have been warmer and easier to dry clothes.

Location is awesome. Personel is perfect. They helped us if we have any problem. Even they allowed us to leave our baggages and take anytime we want. So, hospital.

No elevator and 4 th floor. But, we could easily handle with it.

Spectacular view from our room, right in the center but very quiet at night, spacious room.

We never saw the owner from the place, which for us was a bit sad because wanted to ask a few things and it felt a bit unpersonal. But this is personal taste. Everything else was nice.

Great welcoming! We went there as part of our honeymoon and we got so pleasant surprise in our room! We were so touched. Besides that Mateo, the host, is great and helpful with everything. Clean and with great view from our room and the kitchen. Don't miss out on it. Best value for price you can find in Siena!

Bathroom and shower facilities could be renewed/improved but they are completely usable. There are 2 bathrooms so plenty of space.

The location was the best aspect and the pleasant space in the whole apartment which is shared. The girl who let me in to the apartment was very pleasant.

It would have been nice to have been advised about the Palio entry time. I went to enter at 7pm and it was closed! This was a HUGE disappointment for me and I would have liked to have been informed about the need to get there earlier. I came a long way to see it. The whole place was clean except for the kitchen door which was a bit grubby.

Breathtaking view from the window, spacious room, very cozy atmosphere, very clean - even the lockable shared bathrooms.

Just a small detail, but the self check in information we received even on the day was not accurate. The phone number we received was not reachable via messenger as instructed. We were able to enter the house thanks to a neighbour. But once inside the house, everything went perfectly.
