April 2022

Everything was up to standard Good Breakfast Staff spoke English The pool was the highlight of our trip They even decorated the room and added a small bottle of prosecco when I mentioned that we came to celebrate our anniversary A short car ride (5 min) to the town centre - plenty of pizzerias to choose from

The noise - rooms aren't sound proof, you can hear the next door people talking - and in the evening you can hear people coming out from the dinner area. (although we were on the floor above the area) Also a minor note - The bathroom door opens on the toilet - they should change it to a sliding door - as my daughter opened it unknowingly and the door smashed into my husband (which was funny - but someone could seriously get injured)

We liked the location, it was very peaceful, the amenities of the hotel were great, a lot of free parking available. The lobby was very modern and clean. Great housekeeping and very nice and helpful reception manager.

The rooms are very spacious and clean, but they need some updates. The breakfast room was nice with a nice view but no room to sit since there were dirty plates on all the tables. There is obviously a shortage in staff. The breakfast overall was underwhelming. There was no food variety and there was always a lack of food offered. Only a few of the staff speaks english, which is unacceptable in tourism industry.

Was clean, great staff with alot of patience, nice pools and amenities. Nice bfast variety and always full of food and sweets.!

Bfast , hot food was cold 2 times out of 4 times, Had a couples treatment of 170 euros that was more of a oil rub then a massage, the volume of the music was very loud, room was cold and to top it all when the 'massage' ended they left the room and never told us we were done and waited 20 min in the then we left, had included an apperitive that was neither gives and the masseuse have just left and then was called in the room.to go have it in the morning 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️.

The positives: - pool indoors and outdoors - gym - spa - Parking - big rooms with bathtub 🛀🏽 and balcony. We were on the 4th floor. Lots of space for improvement but worthy of a second stay for more than two nights as the pool is the great thing here along with big rooms, car park and friendly staff. This alone in Sicily makes the hotel amazing 🤩

The things to be improved: - the breakfast is ok for some but lacks high level proteins and healthier options. 6/10 - the room I checked into was not very clean but the second day clean up job was well done. - the hotel style and service is outdated and needs a makeover. Feels like it is still living and giving the 90s experience.

The hotel was easily accessible. The pool, room, staff, lobby etc were great. The buffet dinner (one-time occasion on the eve of the Ferragosto feast) was awesome. The food selection, setting (outside with nice large floor candles and white-dressed tables) were top-notch.

Coffee! During breakfast it was served manually, from one person, using a single machine. Sometimes it took more than 20 minutes if one went during peak breakfast hours. In the room there were no coffee making facilities. To buy a coffee, it was either from the pool bar, or by asking the reception in the main lobby, who looked like they were using their own (as in, staff) Lavazza a modo mio machine. I thought coffee was like water for Italians, but not at Eureka :) Other than this funny anecode, it was a good experience and we are sure to recommend it and return to Eureka.

The hotel is very comfortable, very clean, the room was big with comfortable beds and pillows. Bathroom was fine too. We ate at the restaurant in the evening which was very convenient and the food was good and prices reasonable. However I was fascinated to see the horse track right outside the windows of the hotel. I loved looking out whilst taking breakfast or dinner, seeing the horses go by. It truly was a highlight. The view was also amazing. There was a real lot to choose from for breakfast and everything was fresh. There is good parking too. We also used the indoor pool, which we found very convenient and the water temperature was also good. I would definitely love to go there again. It's a must.

It's a very beautiful place and we really loved the premises, staff were very nice and accommodating, helpful with information and always available. Nice breakfast 😋 We loved the light control command close to each side of the bed. It made it easy to turn on and of each light without leaving the bed and also turn on the do not disturb sing easily.

For a 4 start, I expected much more when it comes to room cleaning. Yes, housekeeping cleaned every day, but we found stuff on the floor, and especially on our arrival, the top of our bed was very dusty, I guess they have less time because Eureka is very big and they were probably trying to keep up with the time. N.B it wasn't dirty but just didn't meet my expectations, probably because I have been to other places.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. We arrived early and left the luggage at the luggage room and went to the pool. The pool area is very nice. It has natural shade and a big pool. The room is spacious, has a big balcony with partial view on the pool. The breakfast had different types of pastries, juices, coffee, fruit, ... We had a view on the horse track, there were some jockeys riding by, while we had breakfast. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

We had a very good time at the hotel.Having the restaurant very close by was a bonus since the hotel is not in the centre (which we obviously knew beforehand and we chose because we prefer it that way). Ample parking and beautiful scenery all around. The spa was the perfect place to relax after a day of walking and exploring. Highly recommended

I don t think that there was anything that we didn t like.

We had a superior suite and the terrace was huge with a view of the horse track plus uninterrupted views of Sicily! The outdoor pool was really nice and very clean. The pool bar staff were amazing with very decent prices. The breakfast had a vast variety of savoury and sweet items. One tip would be to ensure you go between 08:30 and 09:00. The food at their restaurant was very good as well! All in all a very pleasant stay!
