it was very quiet when we were there so there were plenty of sunbeds. The outdoor pool was fabulous although colder than the sea. The staff were excellent and looked after us extremely well. Although located 20 minutes from Syracuse The hotel runs a courtesy bus three times a day into the town so we were able to visit without worrying about parking and driving. We had a huge bedroom with a separate seating area, bathroom and toilet and were given access to the spa which normally costs €45 per person per day – expensive in my opinion but it was a luxury we used as we had some rain during our stay. There was also an extensive breakfast buffet with an amazing selection of fruit, breads, cakes, cereals plus You could order from a menu – eggs, porridge, other European hot breakfasts. Restaurant staff were very attentive and polite.

Nothing really - evening meals were à la carte which was fine for a couple of evenings although a little on the expensive side. We tended to take the minibus into Ortygia where we found some great local restaurants.

Beautiful hotel and grounds, lots of comfortable outside seating areas spread out across the property, amazing pool and loads of sun beds and a bar/waiter service for drinks all day, nice spacious room and bathroom, and our outdoor terrace had a hot tub (think we got a free upgrade!). Little things like complimentary water etc made it feel classy. Staff all very friendly. Good breakfast. Lovely drinks, with great accompanying complimentary snacks.

Restaurant aiming to be fancy, but consequentially meant choices were quite limited and expensive - particularly at lunchtime, where even the menu by the pool was a few weirdly complex dishes only. The quality of the food was great and nice for one or two meals, but too much hassle to do too often, which meant looking elsewhere and it's quite isolated so not much else in the area. The service, particularly at dinner, was all a little overdone and reminiscent of the 1980s - so older clientele may appreciate it but it felt a bit stifling and awkward. But all the staff were lovely.

Our honeymoon stay at the Wellness Hotel Principe di Fitalia was truly one for the books. The way the staff treated us made us feel incredibly special, as if we were the most important guests there. And oh my goodness, the food! The perfect balance between tradition and innovation. The hotel’s location was like a quiet hideaway, and there weren’t too many rooms, so it never felt crowded. We could just relax and enjoy the peacefulness all around us. This made our honeymoon extra lovely and romantic. Honestly, if you’re looking for a super nice and fancy place to have a romantic and relaxing time in Siracusa, Sicily, this hotel is it. We can’t recommend it enough!

This was our second stay at this hotel as our first was last year this time round and we made sure to visit once again. We had such a relaxing time and our young boy loved every second cause the property is very child friendly and the staff where all very kind and helpfull as always. Sebastiano is one of a kind, you will find him at breakfast time and he will make sure to serve you in the best way possible. But as said before all the staff are amazing, every single one of them.

The food is abit overpriced altough very good

Well what isn't there to like about this beautiful place. Every square foot has been exceptionally planned around the guest as I personally couldn't find one fault anywhere. Not 1 area was anything but extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Every staff member does Everything they can to make your stay as comfortable and personal as possible, especially Sebastiano and Giuseppe, the amount of attention and communication between the team is exceptional. We're already on about when we are going next. I could go on and on so I'll leave it here. Simply one of the best

Everything was perfect from start to finish! Very nice treat to start our holiday, found a bottle of sparkling wine to enjoy in the jacuzzi! Room was beautiful, breakfast options were unlimited and food at dinner was very tasty! Outdoor and indoor pools were really clean and nice and the spa was just wow! They offered shuttles to the beach and Ortigia which was an added benefit! Thank you to all the staff that made it just amazing!

We loved everything starting with the welcoming @the reception. Room was very clean and comfortable as was the bed, nice balcony with view over beautiful garden and large swimmingpool and the poolarea was realy realy nice Fabulous breakfast and excelent service, everybody keen on making guests pleased. Sebastian always spot on and happily meeting our needs with whatever there was. Every hotel should have one Sebastian ! We also had dinner @the hotel and the food was delicious as was the service. The bar service was also fantastic ! Overall a grate stay, relaxing and quiet. And at last but not the less important his hotel has a grate staff on all posts! Highly recomend

Sabastiano was the person who we encountered every morning.He is an asset to your hotel as he does his job perfectly well and one can see his kindness and professionalism. Santino was the guy who we met in the evening and also he's very professional in his job. The breakfast and dinner were exceptional and the staff could not do more for you. Shuttle service to Ortigia was very welcome and they even made up a breakfast for us as we were leaving so early in our last day. Highly recommend staying here.

The location is in the middle of nowhere. The hotel offer a return trip to Ortigia but on set times, outside this, it’s around €30 each way.

Amazing new hotel with large comfortable rooms, a private jacuzzi on the terrace and processing on arrival. excellent breakfast and restaurant in general. The best ravioli we’ve had were in the hotel restaurant! The hotel operates a free shuttle to the nearby sandy beach and Siracusa- very convenient. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We were offered an upgrade to our room and they allowed us to stay free in our room a few hours late vs the check-out time. Lovely gem of a hotel if a little off a beaten path.

no private beach. the territory is a little small and “empty”- a few tall tread would have made it more beautiful.
