Hospitality of Giuliana could not be faulted. She made us feel welcome and pre sent information on where to park when going out, places to eat etc. The breakfasts were excellent, pastries and cakes home cooked by her husband. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable. We didn't use the outside area but there were places to sit and relax and a bistro table and chairs outside your room (we had a downstairs room). Ideal location to get to main Syracuse and Ortigia. 12 minute drive to a big car park. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The breakfast!!!! our hosts were very helpful and friendly. Every day there was a different selection of cakes as well as a selection of savories, fruit, yoghurt, omelette etc. Giuliana helped us with the bus timetable; she rang the company who had taken over, on Monday morning, (as they had changed the weekend we arrived), she told us where the bus stops were etc. She also recommended a trip to Noto to see the flower festival. The B&B is in a lovely setting.

We didn't realise when we booked the accommodation, that to walk from Villa Pia into the center of Siracusa was only possible by a busy road and this was a very dangerous option. When, booking, we had thought there was a coastal walk but this wasn't the case, our mistake. You need a car when you stay at Villa Pia. The beaches were disappointing.

This is one of the best B&Bs I have ever visited! The couple who run the place are super friendly. I felt really welcome! The breakfast was 10/10! So many lovely and tasty things. They make the things in their own kitchen. It felt like I was visiting friends, how awesome is that! The room or, in this case apartment, was very clean and it had everything I needed for a good stay. I highly recommend this B&B!

We had a room with three beds. The accommodation was tidy, sufficiently spacious, maybe lacking a bit of storage space, but since we stayed only for one night, it wasn't important to us. The bathroom was clean and had everything necessary. What I would additionally highlight and commend is the excellent breakfast - plentiful, diverse, and delicious.

Perhaps a small lack of space for belongings if staying for a longer period.

Our stay at Villa Pia was exceptional. Juliana made us feel at home immediately upon arrival and helped us in every possible way. She gave us good recommendations for meals; she and her husband provided an awesome, home cooked breakfast of savory and sweet pastries, egg dishes and many other choices. Also, the outdoor setting for breakfast was pleasant. It was a wonderful experience to stay at Villa Pia.

Lovely owner . Giulliana was willing to help us with all orientation and tourist attractions in the area. Nice accommodation, clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast with homemade products. Quite area . Recommended for a quick stop between Sicilys touristic objective or a peaceful holiday.

Little bit far from city, not easy to reach without car

Such a lovely genuine warm welcome. A very pleasant stay. The accommodation was huge and excellently serviced with a kitchen both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Having your own cooking facilities is a great bonus as the cost of eating out is significant and of course the choice is yours when you cook for yourself! Eating out is around 14-21 Euros for a plate of pasta at an average restaurant. Breakfast was excellent with a huge choice of freshly prepared cakes and savory dishes. We sat outside with other guests. Plenty of space to relax outside on the grass or terrace areas. We were on the ground floor, but I think all upper floors (only two) has balconies. Plenty of free secure parking. The location was a little outside of Syracusa, we had a car so it was not a problem for us to drive or to find parking in Syracusa. We stayed in October 2022. Two cruise liners were docked, meaning that the town was full. Walking around Ortiga is simply magnificent, all on the level. I am not convinced about how clean the sea water is and drinking the tap water is not recommended. A lovely family oriented place to stay. A friend joined us for a night and our hosts were very generous in allowing her to stay.

Downside is the limited good restaurants within a reasonable walking distance.

Very kind and very helpful lady. She told us all about where to park in the city, where to go and to visit. And in the morning she and her husband prepared us a great breakfast with homemade pastries.

Tiny room, with window in the front door. There is nothing around accomodation. Without car there is nothing to see. Relatively close to sea, but no access to beach, However there is lovely place 10 minutes by car (recommended by hoster)

Giuliana was very welcoming and friendly, providing us with info and anything we needed. The room was big and clean. It's less than 10 min from Siracusa/Ortigia, and not far from the beach either. Breakfast was abundant and great, mostly made by the husband

Although the location is quiet, it's near the road so I could hear all the loud motorbikes flying past.. so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Pillows were tall.
