Accommodations were stunning! Modern interior, everything was very clean. We stayed in the loft which had a seating area and fully equipped kitchen and it was very spacious. towels included. Isabella was very nice, she met us as the parking lot and helped us take our luggage there and back. A few parking lots near by, ranging from 15-20eur. She replied quickly on WhatsApp if I ever had any questions. The area felt very safe, and I would definitely visit this area again. Ortigia as an island was very nice with a lot to do. Amazing restaurants and gelato all around, as well as shopping.

This is a magical place. Our room, on the second floor was surrounded by what appeared to be crumbling ruins of an old villa and inside was this immaculate restored gorgeous room It had everything we needed ; coffee machine, kettle, fridge, stove and microwave. The bathroom was modern and also had a bidet. Loads of windows and Juliette balconies There were two A/C units one in each room. LOCATION the best for Ortigia. Everything is a 10 minutes walk but Isabella was three minutes from a swimming platform, around the corner from bakery. with the “best” rice all aka arancini in all of Seracusa, three blocks from the Fountain of Diana and two minutes from the puppet theater. Giulia the manager helped us with car services, food recommendation and even an emergency when we lock ourselves out ( she was there in two minutes)

For e the place was perfect because it was like a combo hotel and Airbnb. Those looking for a 24 hour staff and daily maid service will not want this place. We were there four nights and the room was serviced half way through our stay The manager is on call via What’s App and extremely helpful

The property is located in a renovated historic building very close to the center. Extremely high ceilings, well lit, with a relatively equipped pantry, coffee machine, new doors and windows that isolate sound relatively well. If you choose to stay at this location, I advise you to inform the owner directly what your check-in time will be, as she is not at the property all the time. This way, when we arrived she could only receive us for an hour, and as an apology she gave us a sparkling wine, which was very kind of her. The location is excellent, the room is spacious and very clean. It is perceived that there is a concern with the decoration. The wifi is excellent. I was working during the trip and didn't have any problems. Even after checking out, Julia let me stay in the admin area comfortably so I could continue working.

What I didn't like was the bathroom, despite being very large and with relatively new equipment, the smell of sewage coming out of the toilet at night is very strong. Also, the shower stall is quite small, even though I am a short and thin person, it was difficult for me. The shower didn't come out much water and it felt like the drain was clogged. I've lived in Europe and I know that the drain is always a problem. But the most inconvenient in my opinion is the bathroom sink window, people who climbed the stairs to access the other rooms could see us inside the bathroom. Even with a curtain, it didn't give enough privacy, as it's a little see-through, so every time I went to the bathroom or shower, I was afraid someone would see me. (this was the room 101)

The room is very nice and well decorated. The location is good, close to everything and the old town. You will feel like you live there. It will make you feel like a local.

If you come by car, it is hard to get there and off load and load the car. The narrow street is not allowed to drive to the door of the hotel.

A beautiful place to stay in the heart of the town. It’s situated in a lovely quiet lane. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The room was huge with a separate longe and kitchen and it was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. This place is a true gem

Great location. Really spacious apartment that was tastefully decorated and really comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Only comment would be inclusion of an iron/steamer would have been appreciated. Otherwise a fabulous stay.

Be prepares to park I. A municipal car park and walk with your luggage as most streets are tiny alleyways with no access for vehicles.

Spacious modern apartment in central yet superquiet location on Ortigia island. Simple but tasteful decoration, lots of light. Easy checkin/out with keys in safe box and indications received by text messages. There is no breakfast on site but lots of cafes nearby to choose from to get breakfast.

Bathroom is ok but somewhat underwhelming (including water pressure)

Outstanding apartment in the heart of the most romantic part of Siracusa. Go for the best room option to make the most of your stay (we booked the one with a large jacuzzi in the floor at it was amazing)
