The location had fantastic views. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly and accommodating

The bed was not very comfortable. Even though the location had fantastic views, it also meant you really have to rely on the shuttle bus to and from town

Nice resort and very good shuttle service to the center of Sorrento.

There was a cat in the restaurant both at breakfast and dinner time. Me and my wife dont like cats so this was disrupting us so we had dinner downtown Sorrento.

Everything!! The view is breathtaking, the service is too notch in every way, including the front desk, restaurant team, bar tenders, etc. The pool is absolutely delightful, breakfast delicious and the rooms are very comfortable. We found this gem during a holiday week in August when another reservation was a nightmare, and it ended up being an amazing place to relax and enjoy Sorrento.

The road to the hotel is up a steep cliff - makes for a terrific view but a terrifying ride either in a rental car or in a taxi/shuttle.

The view was spectacular. Exceptionally clean. Staff were very friendly, helpful & professional Very relaxing atmosphere Yes it’s out of town but the shuttle bus is ideal.

Unfortunately the food isn’t great, only fair to poor. We ate away every day , dining in , isn’t really an option.

the views from the hotel are stunning . Beautiful sunsets and can have breakfast lunch or dinner on terrace with beautiful views. good drinks wine etc. food good enough , lovely pool . comfortable bed and great shower. We had booked a superior room with sea view and balcony but upgraded to what seemed a bigger room and huge terrace with our own sun beds . Staff were welcoming and friendly , very clean throughout

reliance on taxis if we missed the shuttle bus or needed to walk to the centre . however if you plan well you can make use of the free shuttle bus and the views from the hotel make up for the fact it’s up a steep hill

We loved the view and knowing when we got back from our adventures that our room would be clean.

The offered breakfast in our package was not appealing. There were more sweets than offerings for a healthy breakfast. This was very disappointing.We also ordered room service which was great but our food was not.

Hotel was well presented and unique. Room clean with beautiful views. Pool area stunning. Restaurant was exceptional. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Need to provide in room tea and coffee facilities. Was very surprised to find that this wasn't included! On a personal level found the pillows very hard.

The food was outstanding. The shuttle bus was a Brillo service as to walk might be too far for some people. We tried it once but it was very hot and the property is on a hill so the next few times we went on the shuttle. it was well used and gets full at some times. The pool was lovely to cool down in. Reception staff were very friendly and printed out our tickets to Pompeii.

There was nothing we didn’t like

Breakfast was good, with fresh vegetables and fruit. Yogurt, juice, coffee, tea and various sweets. I was on vacation with my little dog, we stayed in a room with a small dog house. It was really nice )) The hotel has a shuttle bus, it was a good idea, we used it.

Brilliant views over the whole of Sorrento and across the Gulf of Naples, a nice pool, good spa and friendly helpful staff. Handy complimentary shuttle to and from town through the day.

Could do with more modern TV in the room, the breakfast was average (but this seems to an Italy thing, not just this hotel) although the location is great for views, it’s at the top of a really narrow lane with very limited parking so it’s a pain if you’re travelling by car.
